While I don’t know the history of Zundapp or Sachs for that matter, that engine looks like a Sachs, of which millions were made for various manufactures .
it would be really kool if he could find an old 1974 MB made in Florence Italy it was a 100 cc cool looking race bike like the zundapp and the hodaka I would have to look it up and see if I could find a photo of it problem was nobody in the USA knew how to work on these bikes from Germany or Italy
Stef van Itterzon Thanks for your answer ! I could imagine there‘d be few guys paying the price for sth. unique like your work ! Would it be possible drilling bigger seats for bigger bearings ?

Wow nice project and craftsmanship. In the context of environmental madness, in more and more countries is it no longer allowed to drive 2-stroke mopeds. I think for another 30 years that fuel mopeds are no longer allowed to drive at all.Only electric mopeds, hmmm so no more long trips.
You are a real talented person, glad to see more of your projects.
this is so kool. this man is so smart. If he wants I can send him a set of hodaka used cases 1970 100 cc engine block
Pretty damn cool project!
Its pretty awesome that you made the engine block on the machine you built your self! Great work man.
Beautiful workmanship 👌🏻😎👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
there just so well done I'm impressed
Prachtig werk Stef! Hg, Job
Fantastic work. Looking forward to following your future projects.
good job! can't wait to see the water cooled cylinder

I saw that kool
Very very nice job you did here! Amazing!
Brilliant man!
You have my respect.😍
Wauw how incredibly cool!
Well done!
Hele mooie spanen. Maar ja, wel een heel stabiele machine. 🙂 Waren ook hele mooie bromfietsen.

best home made cnc machine ever and 5 stars project fucking nice machining ..

Hey there, nice and cool Engine :-). Is it possible To get the CAD Models :P ?
It would be possible witch the same labor costs to assemble a full 2 liters of V-tvin. Why so much work I don't understand
Because its a hobby project, and now i have the right 3d model i can adjust everything i want to make a future model with maybe a 2 cylinder.
Stef. Wonderful work, what if you could do the same for us who drives Sachs :-) EKf ..
Nice work!
Amazing work!!!👌👍
how much money does that job cost and can a cylinder with a cnc be made

dit is geweldig mooi vakwerk
Is it possible to buy the cad file?
Nice. How did you get the dimensions for the box?
Gaat!! Heb je de 3d tekening zelf getekend? En zijn ze beschikbaar?
if i want du buy the engine block , how much do i need to spend ? btw there are no words thats beautifull !!
Awesome build !
Are you gonna go in production ?
Greets from Germany !!
I guess it's way too expensive to make it a production unfortunately.

Eding cnc can definitely be your friend on this one. They also sell smaller less complex controllers at lower prices
