@@S.khan.123 still likely wrong dose or wrong insulin. Diet and lifestyle will also feed into it. For example i have patients on 20 units and i have patients on 450 units a day. There's also lots of insulin so starting insulin doesnt guarentee good glucose. Especially if shes eating too many carbohydrates for that insulin/wrong insulin for her. So there's lots of variables. Theres too many variables to unpick it on social media nor would i as its not proper advice and can be dangerous. Red flag on vomiting mate. Id go back again for further investigations. The doctor wont chase you so chase the doctor. I know its a pain but doctor is the only one who can look at everything and make diagnosis. It definitely cant be done on social media im afraid. Let me know how it goes .
