It’s really good but a suggestion to improve its effectiveness would be if you could record the real patients as they are presenting to you with any complaints whether Out patients or emergency. Record From beginning the way you are taking HX, examining and ordering investigation and treating them.I think it will worth more than how you are doing right now. Case discussions are good. But, if you want to teach clinical stuff to medics professionals that will be more helpful. Thank you very much for your efforts
Sir plz answer one thing.. what is the benefit of giving oral hypoglycemic agents with insulin? Most doctors give both simultaneously.. is it better to give insulin with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin alone..

My friends daughter18 yrs is juvenile diabetes on insulin using Novapen / syringe . Any new non-invasive insulin available either in capsule / Bandaid type ? Can u enlighten us with latest developments ?
A patient who is on RYZODEG(brand name) (30% Insulin Aspart and 70% Insulin Degludec) keeps experiencing hypoglycemia (upto 32 mg /dl)while checking the fasting blood sugar some days and some days it reaches 200 mg/dl(fasting BS)..sir,can you please explain the reason behind this?

@Raahil . yes it is..glucometer doesn't always show the exact blood sugar but it was definitely hypoglycaemia as the patient had symptoms of it
