How do you incorporate the DSD cost into your product cost? I’m having a hard time providing my client with a DSD cost since it’s my first client asking for DSD. Thank you

So when doing DSD how would I pitch my product and service? Once I get into a store how often should I visit would it be twice a week and would I get paid that same day I restock the product?

I'd love to learn more about what sort of contract or written agreement do you need from manufacturers, if any, to then turnaround and resell their products to retail clients. I always get hung up on the formal agreement side of things. Are you paying for displays when merchandising, or does the manufacturer produce this?

Couple good questions. Regarding the agreement, you will need to reach out to your lawyer about an exclusivity agreement. It shouldn't be more than a 3-4 pages and should outline the terms of your exclusivity. A lawyer would be the best resource here. Regarding merchandising, it is the manufacturer that should provide the displays. If you generate any volume, you shouldn't have to pay.

@@Laceupsolutions I work a 8-5. But I have a LLC that I do various things from time to time. A major rap artist has a new food line that I have contacts with that is offering me Exclusive Rights to a couple states.

I don't know much about the margins needs and the overhead risks I would want to accrue.
