      Sir mera age 28 hain mera neck pe pain tha toh doctr 8 asan diye thr unme se bhujang asan bhi tha. Par uske baad se neck ka dard khatam toh nahi huya uske sath left leg main pain and swaling strt huya

Kindly share your views about those people who are facing sever knee pain and Drs are suggesting knee replacement and at the same time they have sciatica pain too.     You are absolutely right. I did exercise of back pain swami Padma Shri Bharat for back pain for 5 days. My back pain has accelerated . I have stopped this yoga exercise butt pain in lower back has increased. What should I do now.

    Very useful n important information...nowadays yoga is being conducted by teachers who have half baked knowledge..they have very little knowledge about the anatomy n physiology of the human body...they r full of incomplete information...n r doing more harm ...
    What u r saying is totally correct...yoga teachers r teaching yoga to mixed age groups n what is fine for one age group is not so for the other...but regardless of this they go on n r not making people aware of the contradictions of each asana n the age group it is suited to...

    Sir I've been suffering from disc herniation in l4 l5. And after conservative treatment the pain is under control. But a week ago while vomiting i gave little pressure and i got a pain at my hip so now I'm having immense pain while moving. Is it due to the disk bulge ?

    Me running k bad neck ki excercise karta tha ground me sabhi log bhi yahi excercise karte the. Mujhe 40 din bad cervical me neck me shoulder me problem ho gayi swelling aur pain.
    Jab mene logon ko bataya to unhone yahi (wrong) excercise suggest ki din me 5-6 bar karne k liye
