کچھ اہم باتیں جو کباب کو نہی ٹوٹنے دیں گی۔
1۔ پیاز کو پانی نکالنے کے بعد شامل کر لیا کریں۔
2۔ 3 چمچ بیسن شامل کریں
3۔ جو سب سے ضروری بات ہے وہ یہ کہ اس مصالحہ کو ہتھیلی سے اچھی طرح مسلنا ہے تاکہ اس میں چکناہٹ
سی آ جائے۔ یہی طریقہ چپلی کباب کے لیے بھی ضروری ہے۔
4۔ کباب کو زرا سخت ہاتھوں سے لگائیں کہ سیخ سے اچھی طرح چپک جائیں۔
5۔ کباب سیخ پر لگانے کے بعد کم از کم 15 منٹ ریسٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔ اور پھر اسے پکائیں۔

My recipe for seekh kabab
1.5kg beef bilkul red
250gm kidney fat
250gm pani nikla huwa onion
150gm adrak
50gm green chilli
1 tb sp Salt
1tb sp red chilli
1tb sp garam masala
1 tb zeera
1 tb dhania powder
Half tb sp ajwaen
1 tb sp backing soda
Half cup ghee.
Ye sb mix kar k normal jali wali machine se 4 time nikal len phir is mixture ko khoob giondhen aatay ki tarah. Phir 4hour fridge me rakh den. Phir seekh pe lagaen kabab nhi giren ge
Bht ache kabab nhi lage
