Bhai mene aj bnaye apky method se kabab and they turned out amazing😋 i just added additional tikka masala and crushed anardana according to my taste and the rest method was same Sb khany waly fan hogye and the credit goes to you 😊
I tried this, MashaAllah taste was amazingly good. Alhumdulilahh but I used these quantity spices with half kg mutton mince, Taste was so yummy and moderate spicey.... Some Pakistanies love hot spicey food so they can use same recipe with half kg meat not with 1 kg meat.
I have made this today, the marinade is in the fridge and it smells amazing. The only thing is the pipri, you showed a lot of them but then you said only a pinch? I finally discovered why my kabobs were falling off after 20 years of trying and giving up. Iskoo achi tara goondain 🤣🤣 a good massage fixes everything.... wow! Who knew ... 2. Kabab cheeni.( Eng. Pomento chilli).
For Pakistani kabobs
Ingredients
Beef 800g ,
Fat 200g
Onion 1 Chopped
Green chillies 5
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Salt 1 tsp (according to taste)
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Coriander 1/3 tsp
Cumin 1/3 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Pipli mirch one pinch only.
