I would like to point out that Suhaga (Borax) is not safe for human consumption. Meetha soda would be a safer option in seekh kebabs.
High exposure to Suhaga (Borax) is believed to disrupt the body’s hormones. It may especially impair male reproduction. Canada and the European Union restrict the use of borax in some cosmetic and health products and require that any products containing these ingredients be labeled as inappropriate for use on broken or damaged skin. This is an example that Suhaga (Borax) can be dangerous to human health if consumed.
It would be highly valuable for health conscious viewers if you considered food safety in your recipies. Please avoid use of chemicals in your recipes.

Oh my goodness!!! just found out in 5 minutes read on google that this suhaga thing is seems to be very dangerous and not eatable ... banned in US/UK in food products and even cosmetic products also...
Sirf kebab toote na, seekh pe chipka rahe is k liye dangerous chemical BORAX daal den... Oh no...

Last year in 2020 I tried this recipe and AL-hamdulillah the results are amazing. I am amazed that only one or a few kebabs fell down by own mistake.
The recipient are surprisingly strong and smell goes throughout the town 😊.

(11/2 kg boneless mutton,+ 200 gm fat,+10-12 lehsan+1-22adrak panje+8 green mirch)i 3x finely ground. 2. 600-1000gm onion+1 spoon fine zeera+1 tbsp-ajwain+1-11/2daniya powder+1 tbsp red mirchi0-coarse grind +3tbs cream+1/2 tbsp borax+coarse sabit dhaniya+1 tbsp soonf coarse grind.3. mix mutton and oninon mixture.4.leaave in fridge not freezer for 5-6 hrs- apply water to ur hand.seal from both ends.after7 minutes change sides. to remove -do to and fro movements.Last resort in metha soda
