I'm a big fan of used dressers. there are lots of them out there with low miles with well under 30k on them for half the price of a new one and at 30 k it's pretty new.

I’m 35 and on my second Ultra Classic (2014 current, 2008 prior). I love driving my “old man” bike. Up here in New England I ride from April-Nov or Dec depending on the year. With all the storage you don’t need anything else. Only thing I’ve installed is Limited heated grip and LED turn signals.

Being a owner of a 2010 Goldwing 1800 and 2016 Ultra Limited I must say riding the Harley is a great ride. The wing on the hand is smooth. Love the Black and chrome of the Harley and all the bells and whistles. The wing you got to add on extras.

Me and my old man got a chance to sit on a 2019 ultra limited and I felt like sitting a couch at home. I am 5ft 8 and my dad is 5ft 7 but, I was able to flat foot the bike. But, I did have some boots on though. I worried that the ultra limited may be too much bike for me weather I buy one new or used. I do love the batwing fairing design better than the road glide though. Do you think I should get a regular street glide or ultra limited? I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Firstly thought it was really awesome when you went to pick up the British chap when his motor seized in Virginia, so I trust you word when I ask you advice about my bike a 2005 vulcan 2000. My bike has only 25000 miles on it, I love it but I'm 6-4 and on the freeway I catch a lot of wind even with my windshield so thinking of buying a tsukayu fairing for wind protection and the stereo speakers are a bonus. What is your opinion about that plan and aftermarket fairings in general?

The Electraglide Standard for 18K for less than the Road King. Has the bat wing, hard bags and solo seat. You can throw in a Walmart kraco for little bucks and you can have tunes. Buy a used seat if your ole lady wants to go for a ride. Even get a tourpack used for a couple hundred dollars.

Everyone is drooling over shovel heads! Clubs and such just for shovels. Well I'll tell ya, I have had my shovel for over 39 years. Next Feb will be 40 yrs. So, I am here watching this test drive on a rubber mounted engine, with 6 speed transmission. And I will tell ya, I think I am sold. The old shovels are hard mounted to the frame with a 4 speed transmission. Been on some very long rides on the old gal. And lots of them. These, no matter how much you fall in love with it will shake you to death on the hi way. Yes I have split the cases to adjust the crank balance with dial indicators. She is right on. So like no vibrations, right? Still with no rubber mounts for the engine and transmission, while idling, You see the engine movements on the mirror and the sissy bar! Watching a newer bike all the movement is in the engine. Frame and seat are vibration free. Well, as much as can be. I know I could have changed sprockets for the hi way, but, then my around town suffers. I would rather have it the way the engineers made it and deal with the road in my own way. Don't think I will ever sell my shovel, but maybe put another beside it in the garage. This would for sure cause me to disappear for days and weeks at a time! Truly thinking of looking for an overdrive type bike. Big ole comfy large engine 5 speed transmission. Oh wait that was 6 speed trans. Wonder if I could just add a 5 speed trans. and get what I am looking for. That would be like an overdrive to me and it would surely just have to be what I am looking for!!! Hs anyone swapped out a 4 spd. for a 5 spd. And if so does it work the way I am suggesting? Thanks!!!

Of course I developed an illness that could only be cured by getting a new Harley. A club brother was working at N.O. HD invited me to bike night. I love your channel and content you put out, keep up the good work. I was hoping i can get your opinion on my next bike. Ive been riding my whole life so i have 30years dirt and 20 years street experience, now im debating whether or not i should get a gsxr 750 or a litre bike, maybe a cbr 1000 or gsxr 1000. I currently have an 03 zx6r, its in beautiful shape, runs very very good, sounds amazing and has been very well maintained, i do love that bike. It has pretty good power and is a beautiful bike, but to be honest i want a bike that has a little more power, maybe a lil lighter and one that looks alot newer. Its a good looking bike but you can tell its older just by looking at the design and bulk that it has. Any thoughts on either the 750 or the 1000 would be greatly appreciated as i have alot of respect for your knowledge on bikes and value your opinion. Thanks and God bless you brother.

Always let a Harley warm up 15-30 seconds before taking off and ride normally the first 15 minutes. Gives the oil time to circulate. I always let mine warm up at least 1.5 minutes while I check the lights, turn signals, brake lights etc. Also if you hold the clutch in for 20 or 30 seconds and you won’t get that slap of your primary chain.

I would guess mostly because of the size. If you are coming from a smaller bike (or if this is somehow your first bike), this model can have a bit of a learning curve when you are puttering around a parking lot or in other areas where you have to go slow. Its nothing that a few days of acclimation won't fix, but one does have to be careful with a bike that weighs north of 800lbs.

Genome Presents, I’m with you on that! I’m having an issue with wind buffeting at 80+ mph that is really annoying, otherwise the raw power and ride comfort is fantastic! Thinking about making the tour pack removable for commuting to work. Then adding it back on for extended trips.

The title of this vid is correct and incorrect. It is correct in the statement that it is the "best" value for the money for a Harley. but where it is incorrect is if it implies that a Harley is the "best" value for your money. For value for your money, most metric bikes give better value for the money. ps. It wont be long before most harley parts and assembly will be offshore. Then they will import and just enough assembly to call it American made. so sad

Your whole sales pitch is different when selling a Harley. It's kind of boutique shopping for H.D. Where the difference is in how it's dressed out. Plus only certain one's get the "big" engine or the 6 speed and i can't keep that shit straight.

Had a 2014 Ultra Limited, and I greatly prefer my 2018 Road Glide Ultra. I put the tallest windshield I could still see over on my Ultra Limited because I found the buffeting horrible. You have a fairing with basically no storage, and you have to use winglets to direct air to your body on hot days. In contrast, my Road Glide Ultra doesn't buffet at all, you have 2 fairly large storage pockets in the fairing, and 2 actual vents in the fairing that can be opened to let a cooling blast of air straight through. Also at 6'2" I find the Road Glide Ultra more spacious. My first Road Glide, but I will never own any other Harley.
