Italy did what they have always done against my Germany and what I envy them for: Playing with determination and passion at every second of the game. Full concentration, patience and believing in your strengths. It‘s not always entertaining to watch but you just want to be a part of such a team. I'm from Brazil and salute Italy for this title. And Chiesa...what a player! One of my favorite players of the last years. This kind of forward is rare nowadays. He is brave, he has skill with the ball, confidence, is not afraid to shoot, he's fast...a player with strong personality on the pitch, an example and inspiration.
Chiesa was a young talent of Italian football when was in fiorentina , but only after he came in Juventus he said: i improve a lot because I see CR7 training.... he understand how a real champ need to play, be brave and determinate by see CR7 train every day and spend some extra hours with CR7 after the regular training try dribble and shoots . Now he is not only a talent young player but he play with "the eye's of the tiger" every dribbling and shoots... I love that, if you understand football you can feel how dangerous he is in every action
As a Belgian, I was of course sad that our team was eliminated by Italy, but I could live with it. Italy was simply better and we were simply not good enough, partly due to injuries. Many Belgians then supported Italy and we are happy that Italy won, a worthy champion with beautiful football. Congratulations from Belgium, but we'll take the World Cup ;-)
To be fair KDB was the only significant blow that game, I really do not count Hazard as an important miss, especially since Doku was arguably man of the match.

Bonucci was amazing in this game, and its not just the goal or even his defending. The way he switches sides, is something to behold, and what young defenders should try to emulate. Its kicked with such pace, like he's shooting. -A flat 50-60 meter ball directly to the feet of his teammate, often opening up the shape of the opponent. You almost have to put high pressure on Bonucci, because its the only way to stop him from cutting You open with one elegant pass.

France was actually very lucky to make the 2006 final - Italy were clearly the best team at that tournament. Zidane had one good game against Brazil, missed a game for accumulation of yellow cards, and received a red for a thuggish violent action in the final, yet was awarded player of the tournament by that corrupt body FIFA ahead of Cannavaro, Pirlo and Buffon who were brilliant the whole month. Bonucci and Chiellini were unbeatable deffending, every time their opponent football teams wanted to attack. In my opinion a good attack must be composed by a good defence, and both of them had an incredible performance in Euro 2020.

Bonucci and Chiellini were unbeatable deffending, every time their opponent football teams wanted to attack. In my opinion a good attack must be composed by a good defence, and both of them had an incredible performance in Euro 2020.
