Lovely house. Great job show casing the house. Maybe consider making longer videos and adding more content on the interior designs, colours, lighting etc. But all in all, great job. Really love the back yard. Leaves room for so much to be done which is always a good thing. Not so sure about the gym structure at the corner of the yard. Sort of leaves that wall a bit unbalanced, but hey we all have our likes and dislikes. One area I would definitely not agree on is the interior design. The flow is off. Areas I noted are: 1. The grill on the windows definitely gives a great pattern to work with however they sort of interfere with the flow of natural light. With such a grill I would consider ceiling windows to allow more light flow. 2. Not sure what colour was on the wall (beige or cream) but in my view there is a clash between the wall colours and the cabinet in the kitchen as well as in the bedrooms. Probably why for such a large kitchen it looks crowded. Even the kitchen tops have their own thing going on. Nothing seems to be complementing each other. 3. The main thing I would change in the structure if the house is the positioning of the bathrooms in the bedrooms. There is not enough natural light and if you close the shower cubical then the flow of fresh air will be limited. But speaking of the bathrooms, the tiles just clash with everything. It’s like a the final fight scene in Avenger infinity war at Wakanda….. 4. The space in the Master bedroom is epic. Again, because if the window grilling, I would consider massive windows. No lighting on that side of the wall. I would definitely invest in gypsum lighting. Makes the room more open, luxurious and definitely gives it a statement. The walk-in closet is okay but I would consider not having doors on the cabinets so as to give that spacious feel. But then again just like in everything design, this interior is top choice for someone else.
I like how i was watching this saying how i hate the doors ,the kitchen is a no...etc even with knowing that its 80 something million na siwezi afford😅🤣🤣
