Hi Edna.. my honest opinion.. this apartments look okay but not worth the 25.5 mil and above.. You've showcased gorgeous houses on the channel that are worth the money the developers are asking for.. These guys here are are just selling the location "MUTHAIGA" ... if you ask me, buying one of these apartments is a bad investment. But i know there people who will still buy them. 25-30 mil am sure one will get an awesome contemporary mansion. These apartments are just okay nothing "wow" about them except the bathrooms, pool, gym and the exterior design of the apartment. Just my opinion thank you.

The building is okay but I dislike the lack of distinction between ordinary bedrooms and primary bedrooms. All bedrooms look practically the same size, and in the first three bedroom, the bedroom with the best view doesn't have a bath. This will continue the Roman theme seen outside. Also the apartments are not as classy as the exterior of the building. The apartment prices are abit steep. But it's a beautiful building.
Why can't service charge be same for all units? I don't get that disparity in prices. Gorgeous place on the outside and the shared spaces, but the apartments are odd! How the bedrooms are situated, the kitchens look like an afterthought even though they have nice fitted appliances to it. The views though are to die for.

The one issue I have with that apartment is that image if a white lady monument...we are in Kenya Africa, such images are to promote imperialism in Africa. Tell them we can not stay in a place looking like we are in Europe. If they put an image of an Africa woman, then I will ask more details

I agree with you 100%. The exterior and the amenities are absolutely brilliant. The interior design is DIRT CHEAP!!! The doors within the house are just plain brown planks of wood. It doesn't help that there's no hallway to place your art etc. Basic lighting fixtures, basic finishing in the kitchen, basic wardrobes, nothing luxurious about those. Should've worked on separation of the laundry area and pantry as well idk what's going on there. Look at the windows in 28:19, those handles remind me of my dad's govt housing in the early 2000s. Why the hell didn't they put modern slide and lock windows!? I want to retire in an apartment myself and I know what's in the market for this price range. If you show me this interior I'm giving you 12 million or maybe 15 million at gunpoint (location is a plus). The interior reminds me so much of those new ones near the Quickmart in Thindigua.
I loved the exterior and the amenities but the inside was just basic, hoped for it to have the same standards as the exterior but anyway overall not so bad.
