@@dovidell isn’t that more of an ethos than a style? And I can’t imagine too many photographers would go out with the view of shooting worse shots than last time
Monaris, I love you and your photography! You have a really good eye for subjects, color and mood and most importantly a sense to capture all these beautiful, fleeting moments in a creative way 👏🏾
No idea how I only recently discovered her work but I love it! I take so much inspiration from your images, I've spent so long looking over her photos again & again. Loved the interview as well. Thank you for sharing your vision with the world. Keep on inspiring :)
I’m just coming on board to you and your work. I have to say that your work is simply amazing and you have inspired me to take my art to the next level. New fan here, God bless.
I used to say I wanted to change my name also... but I realized that my insecurities over my name was due to bullying. I stopped giving a damn what others thought of me and I embraced it. Now I love it.
my idea of photography is you take a photo has if the subject seems like they are in a glass bottle and you are peering through the glass the picture should seem has if its detached from our dimention and time is suspended
I love how wildly overexposed this video is from B&H Photo Video about a wonderful photographer who completely understands how to properly shoot, edit, and not overexpose a photo.
Why didn't choose Nikon Z series which has better Color Science tone; vibrant and rich, better menu ergonomic, holding well on hands than Sony a7III or Sony a7Riv? Well She started with Nikon d400 something...
Once I saw that she wouldn't take her shades off , and show the interviewer ( and her fans) due respect , it was game over , I don't care HOW talented she is
I regard this behaviour by the lady as nothing short of arrogance - if you had a rough night , then postpone the interview , until you can give your fans , and the interviewer , the respect they deserve with an eye to eye interview
@@monaris_ - a photographer of your calibre should be able to figure out an amicable solution , that pleases fans and first time viewers alike . BTW , negative criticism should inspire you to find solutions , not go off all huffy -puffy , like a child that's been refused candy
@@dovidell dude you can see how bright it is, and to say things like “if you had a rough night” one can only assume you’re trolling and looking for a reaction. To assume someone is arrogant because they’re wearing sunglasses only serves to show others the kind of person you are, not who Paola is. Cheers and have a great day
How would you describe your own photography style?
progressive - every day , I try and improve on the quality of shots I took last time
Filmic, documentary style, different edge, sort of like stills based ‘B’ roll, I guess.

street shooting,to give back that same emotion to someone viewing the image,in camera mostly..

It goes to show, a point of view is more important than deep technical knowledge.
Absolutely!
