To be honest it looks bit more confusing from both sides . When the pdi makes mistake you don’t clarify exactly what he needs to say instead u only telling him what he didn’t do or what he didn’t say. It’s not clear that what exactly he was supposed to say

When you do QA depends on your learners ability so if they are not confident to talk and drive at the same time you should avoid asking many questions
