Trainwreck has to be the most underrated album of all time. It's such an amazing story and the way every song's rhythm matches the tone it's just incredible
I had grown up only liking their first 2 albums and basically not giving Trainwreck and the Self Titled album a chance at all. But a year or so ago I decided that I was being an idiot because I LOVED BNO as a teenager and theres no way they could get worse.......Im so glad I gave them a chance, Trainwreck is a VERY special album for me, I just wish I had not been a snob earlier and let it in sooner. I even had to buy my own copy of it on CD! even though I have all my music on an ipod these days.
You’re so right! The drummer on this album is known for helping bands write critically underrated albums. He was a guitar player on the receiving end of sirens record (also a great record), Brian is a beast of a musician!it’s a shame because this album is an absolute masterpiece, the whole thing is so ducking creative
This band, this album in particular, has gotten me through a few years of life, years that in hindsight mean nothing to me anymore, but at the time were so much more. I remember i showed this in my psychology class as part of a project, and not one person was interested. I guess not everyone can relate their emotions. I'd give the world to see these canadians play a show.
+overraiderperenolde I agree. This band and bands like it are the reason why my teen years ended up going so well. I got to see them plenty of times and I was totally grateful every time. I hope you get to experience them on their revision coming this year.
Literally my favorite album of all time. I used to listen to this on repeat. Analyzing this whole cd. It’s an amazing story! I’ve cried to this, laughed, and loved to it.
No lie, I havent heard this song in over decade. My friends use to play the heck out of this song a lot in high school, and when we would drive off in the evenings to go to the city, drive around the country side, and or simply go hang out somewhere. It was simple times without a cell phone in sight. Damn, I never realized how hard this goes/hits in the feels for me. Simple good times. I am glad to hear this track all over again.
Such a fantastically crafted album. Technically space bound and has so many flowing rivers of harmony. The intensity reminded me of my time in the psychiatric ward in York Pennsylvania. I struggled a bunch and during some of those times this album made me feel at home. I’m no threat at all!!!!!!
Who here thinks they should of made more music videos to this album. Every song on the album had a unique story to it. So excited for the new EP to drop this Spring!
i have not heard this song in almost 9 years...it gave me so much chills i almost passed out from the nostalgia. sad...that this band always seems to always have me reminisce about my first love.
When I was 17 (14 years ago, ouch) I was lucky enough to have this album recommended to me by an uncle with an ear for music. I happened to start this album after I turned in for the night, lights off and my trusty headphones in. One song in, and the lyrics (or maybe the music, which is to this day still so great to me) had me hooked. A few songs after that I was enthralled and realized I had accidentally stumbled into something that both spooked me but held me captivated. I never knew this album had been put together as intentionally as it was, in the form of a story, before listening to it....but by the end of it I knew I had gotten so lucky. I honestly didn't sleep much that night, if at all. It may sound stupid but I still recognize pieces of that feeling every time I listen to any song off this album, and I love this band for giving me this album, such a haunting story, but also SUCH GOOD MUSIC!
Spencer Russell same here I picked it up because I had heard a few of their songs and they were alright but man the story they told and how the music changed to fit the tone of the narrative was just incredible and really at the end it just leaves you speechless. I'm sad this album wasn't bigger
I was 16 at the time. Had their first album before trainwreck on recommendation from a friend, and when Trainwreck came out I remember my mind being blown when I realized it was a story too! Highfive for surviving the same fucked up era of high school!
I've been going back and listening to bands like Boys Night Out, Motion City Soundtrack, Senses Fail, and Gatsby's American Dream for the past week or so. Then I get the news that BNO is making new music and I haven't been this happy in a long time.
I was 19 when this tune came out, makes ya feel old. I loved it then and love it now. Gotdangit, I wanna teleport back to the late '90s early 2000's.....they were good times; everything is shit now.
This album is one of the best ever written. Strong story/concept, great song, a lot of passion. One of my favorite albums ever. The Documentary they made is awesome too
One of the best concept albums of all time. Although I've never killed my wife in my sleep nor cut my hands off, I feel like it's me in all the songs! It has this uniquely relatable quality to it, even though it's so, so dark. It just resonates. That's the mark of truly great writing. It's a shame this wasn't given much exposure in America. It could've really blown up.
I can't believe that this album hasn't caught some SERIOUS attention. If this song wasn't made I can honestly say getting through my open heart surgery might not have went so well. Thanks to Boys Night Out for helping me get through the tough times
I remember the greatest concert of all time the Nintendo Fusion Tour: it was Fall Out Boy right after dropping From Under A Cork Tree so it was crazy and I loved MotionCity Soundtrack, The Starting Line, and Panic! At the Disco already so much and I heard Boys Night Out for the first time and it blew me away it was similar style but still unique compared to all the other acts!
THANK YOU! I've been trying forever to remember where I found this song from and couldn't remember the name of that niche music sampler CD. No clue how I got my hands on that CD, but thank you to that tour for introducing me one of my top 10 songs
It's called musical growth. I was skeptical for a bit, too, but, Trainwreck shows just as much talent and promise and lyrical awesomeness as their previous releases.
I believe i first recieved this album from my buddy kevin in 2007, i remember being absolutely taken away by it, entranced and diluted in a state of shock even. Every lyric, every melody better telling the story and made more and more believable. I was alone in ocean city maryland. My parents my much younger sisters and I on 92nd street, the grinding of the wheels of My skateboard on hot Salt crusted black top, these songs these words this concelt and this drenching story bled through My OG ipod headphones and unto My teenage brain, and somehow it meant the world to Me, it was the world to me...
Legit the only album that consistently makes me feel like the ground just fell out from beneath me 13 years later. E v e r y S i n g l e T i m e. Still.
This record has always been very important to me. The entire concept of Trainwreck is fascinating but horrific. The music is melodic but with these progressive and insane time-changes. I absolutely love Train Wreck and still listen to it 16 years later.
Ironically enough I started getting into this album RIGHT before my open heart surgery. After I had to be rushed into immediate cardiac care because of almost dying and undergoing emergency open heart surgery......I would put headphones on and listen to this song and cry myself to sleep. It was like BNO knew what I was feeling.
its 2018 and this music still goes thru my head when im at work riding a pallet jack loading trucks for coca cola and at home!! def one of my favorite albums. its a dream to see this as a soundtrack to a comic book, graphic novel, or short film. to me this is a musical masterpiece. I wish I could draw or knew how animation works coz id loved to see this. I kind of imagine it in my head but would rather see it with my eyes. hopefully, this comment inspires someone to do it!!
This is the best Boys Night Out lineup as well as album. Trainwreck was genius and flawless, whoever says otherwise has no idea what they are talking about! Brian on drums added so much! Oh well, I wish they would come back to this style... or come back period, haha!
I LOVE this song. I remember feeling so lost waking up in a hospital room 10 years ago, not knowing what happened, and this being one of the only songs I could think of. I mean, mine was a car accident, but still, the feels are still there.
i’m looking for this band that shot a music video with scenes that feature a ttc station. the scene starts with a boy getting out of bed and it ends with him trying to catch up to his girl that boards the ttc train and they place their hand on the glass window as the train pulls away. the band is definitely a similar genre to boys night out the music video has to be around 17ish years old or more lost somewhere on youtube i used to listen to it every once and a while in the final scene i remember reading the name of the station as the train pulled away and i think the boy kinda fell to his knees but forget what station i love boys night out but i want to remember this band too anyone know this song?
About time for a higher quality reupload, yeah? I'm not gonna assume it was shot in film quality, so I doubt 1080p, but surely 480p at the least, maybe an okay 720p? Maybe the master tape it gone.
Woah everyone here is much older than me im 22. I grew up with this music because of my siblings, kinda nice to go back and listen to this i was 5 lol thats insane
The Receiving End broke up? That's sad....they were pretty good. Brian Southall is his name, and of the few videos I've seen of them live when he was on the kit, he's freaking awesome. Wasn't he on guitar in TREOS?
A friend recently brought up this album and explained the meaning.. I never knew that when I was a teen listening to this album back in the then what it meant.
this is my all time fav band no one even knows them if you wanna talk about them with me then do it i needd somone to talk to about this band everytime i try to bring them up no one knows them...anyway this cd is fucken amaizing its my fav cd it just is so clever i love it i love this band they rock
Gab S this album was incredible the story was great and the way the music changed depending on the mood of the main character was amazing. Most underrated album of all time
Why is this version missing the whole “So you sit back in your head, with your mind medicated. And your senses stuck on the sick scent of the dead” verse?!?! It’s my favorite!!!!
16 years ago. 240p. Still here. Still listening.
The entire album deserved a movie. Timeless writing.
Trainwreck has to be the most underrated album of all time. It's such an amazing story and the way every song's rhythm matches the tone it's just incredible
vloggingwallie still one of my favorites
vloggingwallie Still one of my favorites. Left such an impression on me in high school.
Agreed!

Definitely the most underrated album of all time. Fight me, no really fight me.
One of the most underrated bands in our age.
This and Armor for Sleep's things to do when you're dead are the 2 best concept albums of this genre.
Feels, man. This band got me through the toughest and greatest years of my life. I totally can relate.
/agree
+overraiderperenolde I agree. This band and bands like it are the reason why my teen years ended up going so well. I got to see them plenty of times and I was totally grateful every time. I hope you get to experience them on their revision coming this year.
Seen them 10 years ago play with Motion City Soundtrack. Amazing show.
Literally my favorite album of all time. I used to listen to this on repeat. Analyzing this whole cd. It’s an amazing story! I’ve cried to this, laughed, and loved to it.
Such an underrated band.

+Jaime Melgar ...what. theres an ep coming out?!
+Deven Loomis yeah check out their Facebook I believe there's also a report about it on AP magazine.
12 music videos strung together like a movie!! id buy that DVD!!
I'd love to see it as a live rock opera!
i have not heard this song in almost 9 years...it gave me so much chills i almost passed out from the nostalgia. sad...that this band always seems to always have me reminisce about my first love.
I don't know you, but i love you. Music unite!
I'll never stop enjoying this album and everything about this band. I can't help it.
All their albums are pure genius.
End of story.
NOW COME BACK AND MAKE MOREEEEEE!

Same, Gatsby's American Dream is one of those rare bands that I actually like more than back in HS
You forgot Hot Rod Circuit!
This album was a masterpiece
Still jamming in 2020 🤙🏻
When I was 15 this album changed my life, still my favourite to this day
Josh McDonell same
Same
I was 19 when this tune came out, makes ya feel old. I loved it then and love it now. Gotdangit, I wanna teleport back to the late '90s early 2000's.....they were good times; everything is shit now.
This whole album still give me goosebumps. Hands down my favourite album of all time.
This album is one of the best ever written. Strong story/concept, great song, a lot of passion. One of my favorite albums ever. The Documentary they made is awesome too
Still jamming this album in 2022 🤘
I miss you, Boys Night Out.

Where's the Train Wreck anniversary tour??????
Please? :(
It's called musical growth. I was skeptical for a bit, too, but, Trainwreck shows just as much talent and promise and lyrical awesomeness as their previous releases.

Here because of Connor's post asking about whether or not he should put a new band together and go on tour again.
idk what the story like is... this song kicks sooo much ass.. especially the part with just drums and the clapping omg so freakin sweet
Dude. I haven't listened to this song in 4 years and I thought I was going to be disappointed, but damn. It's still as good as I remember it.
Legit the only album that consistently makes me feel like the ground just fell out from beneath me 13 years later. E v e r y S i n g l e T i m e. Still.
Sychronised headbanging - love it.

flawless song right here. completely perfect.
Danny Paul this whole album was great
listening this in 2017 and it's taking me right back to 2007. How did time go by so fast?
Still one of my favorite records. Really hits close.
its 2018 and this music still goes thru my head when im at work riding a pallet jack loading trucks for coca cola and at home!! def one of my favorite albums. its a dream to see this as a soundtrack to a comic book, graphic novel, or short film. to me this is a musical masterpiece. 2022 still the best album ever.
I remember hearing this at 13. Glad I found it after all these years.
This is the best Boys Night Out lineup as well as album. Trainwreck was genius and flawless, whoever says otherwise has no idea what they are talking about!
Brian on drums added so much!
Oh well, I wish they would come back to this style... or come back period, haha!
Deadly boys
my boyfriend showed me this band recently ❤ it’s so underrated
LOVE the way it starts.
I came across this band by accident, but I do not regret that for a second. I love their sound!
Underrated pop punk gem
This CD is godlike.
still to this day i havent heard too many bands with more well written lyrics and composed music. this and Make Yourself Sick were just brilliant.
Mid 2000s classic right here
2021 I’m still listening 👌🏽 great album 🫂
Come back boys!!!
I LOVE this song. I remember feeling so lost waking up in a hospital room 10 years ago, not knowing what happened, and this being one of the only songs I could think of. I mean, mine was a car accident, but still, the feels are still there.
the album has the best story ever !
fallinggstarr what is it?

I still love this album
Reunion tour dammit!!!!!
Why does this brilliance only have 147 thousand views?!?! People come the hell on!
2019 still good asf
there's an emptiness that echoes through it all...
This song is proof that pop punk can be great when done correctly.
Trainwreck is easily one of the best CDs I've bought in the past ten years.
Such a good band..rip 2005
Sounds like it needs to be in a burnout game, particularly in burnout 3, revenge, or legends
i love this song i found it randomly and loved it ever since it rocks it just says so much!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'M NO THREAT AT ALL
About time for a higher quality reupload, yeah? I'm not gonna assume it was shot in film quality, so I doubt 1080p, but surely 480p at the least, maybe an okay 720p? Maybe the master tape it gone.

I am 22 and grew up with this kind of music too. We are a minority.
trainwreck is easily their best album. or at least my favorite.
Brilliant song! Underrated 🤟❤️
Hell yes, my youth in full effect!
the entire album is spooky. i love it.
The Receiving End broke up? That's sad....they were pretty good. Brian Southall is his name, and of the few videos I've seen of them live when he was on the kit, he's freaking awesome. Wasn't he on guitar in TREOS?
Also played guitar for fordirelifesake
Best story album
