    16 х 50 front end speed pase for 100m breaststroke i guess. I dont think they ment 16 times all out and also what is the rest between each 50 ???

    I’m curious what was everyone else in the group doing? This isn’t really realistic when you are working with a full team.

      Probably have a lane each

      You could do it with more swimmers, but you would need to be able to monitor all of their stroke counts / stroke rate. They could only swim one at a time per lane. Doable with a smaller group.
