When you are done Ahmed, throw it on the floor. And do NOT ever sweep or clean anything. And make sure your tailstock bounces like it’s not even attached to the lathe.
If only there was some sort of equipment to move parts from station to station instead of just tossing everything on the floor and then having to pick it up again!! Maybe someone should go find some old shopping carts!
In the end, the part looks very similar to a real part, but without the proper heat treatments, it will never be a real part. It will break in a short time.
The way the last man trew it on a pile just says everything: They are exploited en alienated from what they produce... Bring it from A to B and ask no questions.
Yeah I’m a qualified welder and I know a weld with no prepared edges and using wrong type rods with wrong weld technique. Damn they never even did a proper root run. 😂
It's really nice seeing each process step twice. You pick up more observations and notice more details the second time through.
😉
Be careful I bite…
Love you guys…

Maşallah.
Nice work especially the spring clip. Looking fwd to seeing the safety valve made with it's undoubted intracicies.
Notice the bit plate being held down by six bolts, great idea so it won’t rotate
Like the forging process. Those boring drills tho

They already melted those down for scrap steel
Trouble is, nothing will roll on those floors.

Runout, chatter, rusty machines held together by ugliest welds imaginable, this video has it all. It's difficult to watch.
