Hi Christina! Could you do a video where you explain how to convert intangible thoughts to tangible images/drawings/ideas? For example, how can I interpret thoughts like "soft" or "expensive" into images I could add to my boards? It would be of so much help to create mood boards, creative collages, etc! Thank youu and your videos are super insightful 🤗
Superb video, realised how simple and easy to understand you have made it only after I came back numerous times to clarify my queries. Have one query - what is the best way to carry money there? Is it better to open a bank account there? if so, how to fund it at best exchange rates?
Thank you for the kind words Pradeep! If I remember correctly, I opened a Barclays account in London and transferred money from India to it. I also worked part-time as a student there, so my salary went into that account. I also had a forex card which I got from back home (in India) as a back up for the initial days when I didn’t have a bank account yet (and for any times of emergency when my Barclays card failed). Hoping that helps!
I have 2 questions 🤚 1. Can I directly apply for masters at UAL through UCAS or representative of UAL in India after doing undergraduate degree from NID. 2. How did you make your designs did you give them to a tailor or did you learn how to sew and stitch because I guess that will be taught in the college itself. i have seen undergraduate portofolio's having the designs made physically.
hy Christina I have recently completed bsc science degree but i want to pursue fashion designing does ual require fashion undergrad degree to apply for their masters programs?
Fit is quite affordable for masters! But the problem is the living cost, which you should pay for 2 years! In UK, the course is designed for one year, also UK is better in terms of career opportunities than US
I really wish someone would make a video like this about FIT NYC.
Pinning this so someone who’s attended can see and make it!

Hey!what about the material cost which are needed for the course like stationary, fabrics and all those stuff?u know right?
Hi! That depends on the course. I personally did an MA in Fashion Design Management and had no material costs.
please do one for fit nyc.

What about design supplies?? Like fabrics etc. that’s used as part of the course??
Hi Swathi! That depends on the course. I personally did an MA in Fashion Design Management and therefore didn’t have to buy any fabrics, etc.
Hi christina. I need to know some information.. Can i connect with you through Instagram?

Hi! My apologies, I haven’t heard of a BVoc course.
