Search for the Cords: • Use the Search Bar in the Library to search for “Cord” or related terms. This helps if the cords are stored in a specific folder. 3. Add the Cords to Your Library: • If cords are not present, they might not be included in the default library. You can download or import them: • From CLO 3D Online: Visit the CLO Marketplace or Asset Store to download cords and other assets. • From External Sources: If you have cords saved externally, import them by dragging the files into the desired library folder. 4. Check for Hidden Items: • Right-click in the Library window and ensure that all visibility settings are enabled. Hidden items might not appear if certain filters are active. 5. Reinstall the Library: • If your library is incomplete, reinstalling it might help: • Go to File > Library > Reset Library or redownload the content from your CLO 3D account. 6. Update CLO 3D: • Ensure you’re using the latest version of CLO 3D. Updates often fix bugs or missing assets. Hoping one of these solves it!

Hello! Thank you so much! I’m so happy that it did! On your question, I gotchu. For png, under export options can you ensure that your resolution is set to 300 ppi? For Anti-aliasing, you can also select Art Optimized (Supersampling) for smooth edges. For Pdf, in the Save Adobe PDF dialog box, choose a preset like [High Quality Print] or [Press Quality], Under Compression, set the image quality to Maximum and ensure no downsampling for images above 300 ppi. You could also check to make sure that you’re working on a large artboard. Hope one of these help!

Hello! Could you specify which timestamp exactly you are talking about?

@WithloveChristina previously, I had Illustrator 2020. When I created a design, I used solid colors in it, expended it to create a pattern, and it appeared in the swatches. I saved it. When I created another document, in which I used mesh gradient colors in the design, expended it to create a pattern, that pattern also appeared in the swatches. I created a rectangle in which I applied the pattern. I saved the document and closed the document. But there was a problem with it. When I first created this rectangle, it was correct. Then later, I resized it, it start stretching, I checked the pattern in the swatches but pattern was not present in the swatches, and the rectangle on which I had applied the pattern and saved it had also been converted into a group. There was no rectangle there, but a group had been created instead, I also checked this design by previewing the outline, and it was sticking out of the artboard. I updated Illustrator and created the design using mirror repeat on Illustrator 2023. That's exactly what happened. It was also converted into a group of groups, mirror repeat groups, clip groups were created in it, and the pattern disappeared from the swatches. What should I do now?

Ah! As far as I know, the radial option was not there in the 2020 version 😕 You might have to manually do it.
