It was pretty much confirmed that this game is the last time the squid sisters will appear so it wouldn't be logical for the devs to bring them back in case their team wins.
Team past I like to go back and relive/think of all the memorable cherished memories I enjoyed. Sure, there will be bad times, but that's okay! Those mistake are who you are, and you'll learn from them as you get older

I mean, i would've liked it if all of the idols were speaking and such, but that's WAY better than Nothing!
