The season bonus is increased chance for XL candy when walking a buddy, and I'm noticing I get a lot from that - so buddy up that Carbink!

Intersting you say that about shiny chances for hatching. I've played for exactly a month and hatched 166 eggs of all varieties - you can look backwards to see the hatch events we've had in the last 30 days. I've gotten a shiny rockruff, togepi, slugma, and larvesta. Maybe I'm incredibly lucky but I feel the sample size is big enough.

If I get some free research done for the ultra beast event but don’t claim the Pokémon can I claim the encounter after the event? I only have like 8 poke balls rn so I’d rather wait till I have more ultras instead.
You need to claim the timed research encounters before it expires or you won't be able to redeem them anymore. Use the daily adventure incense if you run out of poke balls, it will give you 30 automatically.
I don't have a hundo Mudkip but 98% is good
I'll be remote raiding nihilego and xurkitree, i don't have nihilego and i would like a better xurkitree, i already have enough Kartana including a shiny and a hundo.
I got a shiny katana on my win 6 raids, is that meant to be for everyone or am I just lucky?
Awesome explanation but it's another easy skip for me. Everything is now locked behind paid tickets, the prices are getting higher by the week, egg events are so common and boring and Niantic doesn't want to take the hint.
And are they really giving us "limitless remote raids" for our benefit or are their pockets getting emptier?
it's a sad state for this game to be in, looks more like a gacha without Waifus than anything else.
