Thanks for the salad inspiration. I wish I could post a picture. I started with a bed of quinoa, massaged kale with my homemade red wine - horseradish vinaigrette then topped it with roasted vegetables (sweet potatoes, red onions, green bell peppers and shitake mushrooms). Then I added sliced radishes, radish greens and cilantro leaves. It is so good. I just walked through the vegetable section of the grocery store after exercise asking my body what it wanted. This was a real win.
I LOVVVVE salads! I put apples, red onions, green onions, walnuts, avocado, dried cranberries, and a vinaigrette dressing on top of spring mix. I love it so much. Or you could try beans, green onions, hummus, corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, nutritional yeast on top of spring mix.

Show me a piece of fruit and some herbs and spices and I will make you the bomb dressing! I haven’t pbought dressing in 8 years. When no one is looking I eat my salad with my fingers!
Fav salad to make is baby spinach, dried cherries, crushed walnuts, red onion, tomato, cucumber, broccoli and then my go-to dressing is olive oil, ACV, and a LOT of garlic. It’s super easy to mix it up too bc u can easily add in a citrus to it too

Tried that salad dressing and DA-N. That was amazing. My hubby doesn’t eat salads (I know!) and is an avid meat eater. I convinced him to try my salad tonight and he went back to get more!
Thats so awesome, I only watched first 5 minutes so far, an already got an idea for... a curry salad yeah! sweet potato/cauliflower (cooked) chickpeas kale/spinach cherry tomatoes in chopped in 1/4ths sesame seeds cumin curry coriander ground seeds dressing: coconut milk (a little) lemon (if sweet potato used) or orange juice/small pieces? (if not?) sesame oil? maybe, time will tell ;) Thanks!

I will definitely be making those salads for my lunch everyday being that I am a school teacher as of October 1, 2018 I am now fully vegan I have been vegetarian for 2 years and I slowly transition over to being vegan and I feel a 100% better have the medicines that I take for my lupus I don't take anymore

I would like to thank you for helping me improve my health by changing my diet and showing me how to fix healthier meals now I'm not a vegan however my daughter is completely vegan and I just eat foods that are vegan but I still enjoy chicken and fish sometimes but anyway you're fabulous and thank you!

I am not a big salad person. Never have been. I like, and eat many vegetables and fruits, usually raw, but I never developed a liking for the lettuces.....I usually attribute that to my growing up only knowing Iceberg lettuce. But this video has inspired me to try making more salads as a main dish....especially the idea of creating my own salad dressings. For me that feels much more down to earth and I feel more inclined to keep watching (as I am always a bit miffed when people start talking about brands in the middle of a video). I realized the other day I hadn't bought salad dressing in a very long time. I'd never been a big salad eater, but that obligatory bottle that just sits in the fridge forever hasn't come to my house to die. LOL! Anyway, it dawned on me, since going plant-based I always have the ingredients I need for just about any kind of dressing (that I like) because DO eat more salads now...not the iceberg and tomato kind. Plant life is lit.🔥
