@@evennoiz Yeah, it's one of the most memorable Jesse episodes, even if it's hard to watch at times (as in it sucks to see him get dunked on in every scene).
“Fly” wasn’t terrible, but it was overkill (pun intended). The character development people gush about could have been achieved in half an episode, freeing up another half to move the story forward in more interesting ways. After all, Walt’s character is being slowly but masterfully developed in virtually every episode. I understand this one was a money-saving bottle episode, but so many others are superior. I found them pretty good actually. They’re very weird and make you question what the hell they mean until the very last episode. For one thing, it shows that at least one child was on those flights, which is beyond tragic. It’s also foreshadowing Gus’s fate with the half burned face and missing eye, and the bear is also the same color as Walt’s sweater, symbolizing his connection to that crash. The colors that characters wear is one of the biggest motifs in Breaking Bad, and that magenta color is so unlike the tones that Walt typically wears. Walt also keeps the eyeball of the bear which is referencing the guilt that he’s harboring

Would it be an unpopular opinion to say that S2 is my 2nd favorite season? (Behind the obvious.) I really enjoyed the way it expanded the story that S1 started in a natural and fun way.
Most re-watchable season imo due to its episodic nature -each episode feels to be about something totally different. Its also Second darkest season after season 5, exploring the most about problems of drugs. And the cold openings of pink Teddy bear leading to final scene are perfection.
It's just amazing how BCS improves BB. So many writers and directors struggle to come up with a sequel or prequel as good as the first series/movie. In this case the prequel wasn't just as good, it was at the same time 1) adding to the world and storyline 2) improving the first series 3) keeping the style while also standing on its own feet.
I believe Jesse would be able to to piece together Huell lifting the cigarette because of his weed missing because Jesse already suspected Walt originally and when he confronted Walter in season 4 episode 12 he says that Walt had Saul do it. And that Huell patted him down and lifted the Cigarette then. So when he noticed the weed missing and realized he was super close to Huell he probably still had some suspicion because of Walt being so manipulative to begin with and that just fully confirmed his original theory of what happened

I love how you use your channel's profile picture to censor Walt's butt at 2:56, as if to say that you're 'ass', as in, bad. It's representative of your humility and strong character, willing to be the butt of the joke like that. Bravo, HN!
I just finished watching breaking bad for the first time without having anything spoiled, and this was an absolute ride, i had to stop for weeks at the time because i kept on forgetting all this was not actually happening, that it’s a show. I never had this experience with a tv show, its an absolute masterpiece
I completely agree about Granite state being the best episode of the show, it really shows the painful fall of walters and Jessie’s empire and the consequences of breaking bad, it’s one of the few episodes we’re Walt is pathetic in a sad way and not pathetic in a amusing or stupid way
So far I really like the video and your narration but I wish you would tell us a bit more about your opinions on the episodes. A lot of these are just kind of a synopsis of what went down. No hate at all just some light criticism
A "very The Sopranos Episode RANKED" or "Every Twin Peaks Episode RANKED" would be kino, but regardless, this video and Saul's are PHENOMENAL. I love the style of u channel, 1 more subscribe!
4:22 This isnt "hank being in a bad mood" This is hank having a panic attack because his near death gun fight with Tuco gave him PTSD Hes not upset about the promotion "for some reason" hes worried about being in even more stressful scenarios than the last one which is proven right after the incident with the exploding turtle where he watches his partners die.
op's humor is really dry and kind of dark, he probably knows Hank is having a panic attack but is saying it's a "bad mood" for laughs. He says Walter "trolled" Hank with a fake phone call about Marie having an accident to get him away from the RV
Love the fact that you were considering 4 days out as #1 it’s my favorite episode of the entire series period it’s a excellent dive into character funny and just the definition of breaking bad
The 2nd time I watched through Breaking Bad it was with my parents, their first time. They both loved Fly. I think my favorite is 4 Days Out. It simply is what Breaking Bad felt like. When I re-watch that episode I'm brought right back.
my favorite episode was the one where saul goodman said "its all good man" and helped walter white to stop waltering on pink men. The plot progressed so perfectly and huell was a nice focus during this episode as he produces very pure product. I love how Skyler said "Ted's is bigger" and walter said yeah i know because I have seen it. I love the part where Hank says "I am the Scraderbrau" and launches a succesful business.
I think a video like this that is all Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad episodes (plus El Camino) in one massive ranking, with much shorter segments of course would be really good. I love videos that compare and contrast the two shows
Best breaking Bad ranking I have ever seen. What an awesome video. One thing I want to add about the episode “Fly” it is also about contamination. How Walt has contaminated everyone around him. I have Fly #1 and Granite State #2 is my rankings. I used to always tell myself I would be content if I ever wrote a chapter (write fiction on the side) half as good as the episode “Fly”. It also sets up the amazing “Half Measures” and “Full Measure” episodes.

4 days out hands down most underrated episode
One of the most underrated channels atm. Great pacing and editing. Lots of great subtle jokes. Hope to see your success.
Someone finally gives Fly some love. So much tension and not a single gun fired, family threatened, or grain of meth cooked.
i'm all for symbolism but top 10? you're trippin
@@jonathanpham7397 Idk if I'd do top 10, but it's close. It's at least not #2. It's also refreshing to not have like life ending stakes for one episode so I can breath.
Can't wait for another episode of takes I agree with but rankings I disagree with. Very kino HNfilms
Good video, with some interesting takes, you aren’t completely off the hook for what you did to Ozymandias but I did get to reflect more on each episodes. Def agree with most top 20 episodes, although imo Tohajile should have been ALOT higher
really enjoyed the jokes you were making every now and then throughout the video.
Granite state is a very interesting choice for number 1 but I kind of agree. Fantastic video
My top 5
1.Ozzymandias
2.Face Off
3.Felina
4.Better Call Saul
5.Crawl Space

Little error there, he didn’t talk about the wooden box in “Problem Dog” he talked about it in 3x9 “Kafkaesque”
I understand why you said problem dog though since Jesse is in the group session in both.
Good list and hilarious. I love these raking videos
The king has returned
This Johnny cooper 64 dude really said "celebrating his fifty twoth birthday" 😂😂
Damn you’re right… Would have been cool to see Hank’s friend learn the truth about Walt. Would have been a satisfying scene.
I was super confused that you chose to play Sonic Heroes (?) music so randomly during 47... until the ending of it... well played
Your sarcasm in the video are damn good
Laughed with watery eyes evertime sarcasm hit 😂
I love knowing which episode mr johnny cooper is commentating bc his chapter is like 3 times the size of any other chapter
This video is fantastic. It has everything. Good writing, humour and pretty much anything else you could want in a TH-cam video. I’ve seen your BCS ranking vid as well, but seeing this video secured you another sub. Nice shit dude.
I was waiting for FLY the whole video lesgoo
I'm so hyped to watch this video you have no idea
*applause* excellent video, thank you.
I love how you use your channel's profile picture to censor Walt's butt at 2:56, as if to say that you're 'ass', as in, bad. It's representative of your humility and strong character, willing to be the butt of the joke like that. Bravo, HN!
Bravo Vince
The "butt" you say?
I just finished watching breaking bad for the first time without having anything spoiled, and this was an absolute ride, i had to stop for weeks at the time because i kept on forgetting all this was not actually happening, that it’s a show. I never had this experience with a tv show, its an absolute masterpiece
For 37 the Ballad of Heisenberg (the music video at the start of Negro Y Azul) was the funniest part of the episode
Good ass vid I’m enjoying it also it’s weird going forward and back in time with early and later episodes
I completely agree about Granite state being the best episode of the show, it really shows the painful fall of walters and Jessie’s empire and the consequences of breaking bad, it’s one of the few episodes we’re Walt is pathetic in a sad way and not pathetic in a amusing or stupid way
Doctor: you have 1hr and 47 minutes to live
Me: say less
So far I really like the video and your narration but I wish you would tell us a bit more about your opinions on the episodes. A lot of these are just kind of a synopsis of what went down. No hate at all just some light criticism
I agree, I get more in depth on the later episodes but for a lot of the early ones I just dont really have anything to say about them
@HNfilms thats understandable. Can't expect a full video essay on every single video especially the ones that aren't that interesting
@@HNfilms @HNfilms thats understandable. Can't expect a full video essay on every single video especially the ones that aren't that interesting
I agree with everything you said. Keep up the good work
Yes! The return of my favorite character, the Pool of Insanity!
Great video just subbed!!!
Now do an El Camino ranking
You know el Camino is a movie
@@CaptainCook23 He can do a ranking of every frame
@@gurzeh8787ranking every frame would be dumb
@onewingedakuma6835 Yeah I know, it was a joke
A "very The Sopranos Episode RANKED" or "Every Twin Peaks Episode RANKED" would be kino, but regardless, this video and Saul's are PHENOMENAL. I love the style of u channel, 1 more subscribe!
I actually kinda want to do a Twin Peaks video, its such a complex show though
Honestly crazy how this show was almost cancelled in its first 4 seasons. Imagine if it was and the show remained obscure
Making a child play Sonic 06 may be the worst crime in the series.

This isnt "hank being in a bad mood"
This is hank having a panic attack because his near death gun fight with Tuco gave him PTSD
Hes not upset about the promotion "for some reason" hes worried about being in even more stressful scenarios than the last one which is proven right after the incident with the exploding turtle where he watches his partners die.
op's humor is really dry and kind of dark, he probably knows Hank is having a panic attack but is saying it's a "bad mood" for laughs. He says Walter "trolled" Hank with a fake phone call about Marie having an accident to get him away from the RV
@@studioofshred1050 either that wasn't his intent at all or the joke is communicated so poorly that it sounds like real criticism.
why are your p's so explosive 😭i'm just trying to watch the video and whenever you say a word with a p in it there's just a fuckin loud ass boom istg
Bad audio engineering on my part
I love how he uses callbacks from the theory’s video lmao
Love the fact that you were considering 4 days out as #1 it’s my favorite episode of the entire series period it’s a excellent dive into character funny and just the definition of breaking bad
I was going to sleep now but this is more important
This gives me HEAVY Glidus ‘Every GOT episode ranked’ vibes
The 2nd time I watched through Breaking Bad it was with my parents, their first time. They both loved Fly.
I think my favorite is 4 Days Out. It simply is what Breaking Bad felt like. When I re-watch that episode I'm brought right back.
end times will forever be my favorite
my favorite episode was the one where saul goodman said "its all good man" and helped walter white to stop waltering on pink men. The plot progressed so perfectly and huell was a nice focus during this episode as he produces very pure product. I love how Skyler said "Ted's is bigger" and walter said yeah i know because I have seen it. I love the part where Hank says "I am the Scraderbrau" and launches a succesful business.
…
This joke keeps on getting funnier each time
The “Blood Debts” reference was hilarious.
I think a video like this that is all Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad episodes (plus El Camino) in one massive ranking, with much shorter segments of course would be really good. I love videos that compare and contrast the two shows
Im considering it
@@HNfilms LFG. We will be watching
"We can see Mike Ehrmantrauting all over the camera." xdddd
Best breaking Bad ranking I have ever seen. What an awesome video. One thing I want to add about the episode “Fly” it is also about contamination. How Walt has contaminated everyone around him. I have Fly #1 and Granite State #2 is my rankings. I used to always tell myself I would be content if I ever wrote a chapter (write fiction on the side) half as good as the episode “Fly”. It also sets up the amazing “Half Measures” and “Full Measure” episodes.
yes! finally someone who gives "fly" and "granite state" the recognition they deserve! imo granite state is super underrated and overshadowed by the two major eps (ozy and felina) and its a shame because its a great episode.
Yes!!!!!!! Granite State is probably the most underrated episode of BB. Felina is slightly overrated.
Bro really said "Negro 'why' Azul" lmaooo
