for now... I am seeing prices on some of the popular Pablo's ( and getting a bit tougher to find) going up here in the states... Supply and Demand. I also think that the remaster will be interesting as well as quiet vinyl. Some of these OG's are so good its going to be tough to improve on.. but as in many cases Acoustic Sounds has done a good job!. As time goes on and the popularity of labels like Pablo, Muse, Inner City etc. get more notoriety the prices are sure to go up... just like everything else!

What a s record box that would make…..veer similar and both recorded is the same period,,, actually like the tune selection on Sonny Side better…but Rollins sounds so good on Duets….I hope chad is reading this-- I bet the Mono masters are in good shape..thanks for the comment and for listening✌🏻

Jack - I love what you are doing with the Pablo and Contemporary labels - I have learned a lot and your suggestions have been spot on
I also have that same “Jazz Alive at the Half Note” with Zoot Sims, Al Cohn and Phil Woods - I have a near mint OG stereo on United Artists - it is a deep groove pressed by Plastylite (it has the “ear”) and it is in a gatefold just like an Impulse - hard card stock and shiny cover with great session photos - a real work of art

Curious how these will do. Batches of 5 or 6 in recent auctions went for 40-60 for the lot.

(Notice THE BASIE "Me and You" is not on the list!!!)...I also think that the remaster and QRP Pressing will offer some quiet vinyl. Some of my OG's are so good its going to be tough to improve on.. but Acoustic Sounds ususlly do a great job. Chad is no Dummy... I think he'll ddo fine on these. They are all great titles.--I hipe you are well. Flying to Seattle tomorrow--workshop up on the Olympic Peninsula then off the Sitka for the whles bubble feeding!---BE BOP!---JG
