The cottage gets a wood stove - cinnamon rolls - November vlog

The cold November days are coming, and we still had to install the new wood stove. It was a long way to this happy moment when we could light the first fire. To stay warm, I bake cinnamon rolls and knit a cover for my hot water bottle. November is also the month, when our little kitten joint the family 4 years ago - he was so cute!

Cinnamon rolls recipe (for 2 pans of cinnamon rolls - I used half the recipe in the video)
For the dough, mix 42g of fresh yeast with 500ml milk and let it sit for 10 minutes. Knead 1kg flour, 150g sugar, 150g butter & 1 teaspoon salt with the milk mixture.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should double in size. Roll out the dough.
Mix 75g butter, 100g sugar, 1 spoon cinnamon and 1 egg with a fork. Roll out the dough and spread the butter mixture over the dough. Roll the dough from the long side. Cut off slices of 3cm thickness. Put the slices in a pan side by side.
Bake at 190°C until they are golden.
