it wasn't there for me either, but I found it; select Audio Output Settings, then choose the one that has AV Multi in it. 3rd option usually, and then Audio Multi-Output shows up.

how do you even get the multi audio output option? I'm trying to setup a P11 headset for chat & there isn't even an option for multi audio output, so how do you get it?
