I’m so glad that Halifax have my best interests at heart, and that they really, genuinely care about us all as individuals! The shareholders and directors who budget for these adverts are also very passionate about diversity as well and they definitely aren’t just being diverse because it’s on trend, and helps with marketing, but because they truly care about that kind of thing. Wow their moral compass just cannot be faulted, they actually care about us, the general public. Nothing to do with making money from our money, it’s just pure kindness and altruism on their part.

As a heard of hearing person I must say that the way that this bank discriminates against people with communication difficulties (around 70% of Londoners) is criminal. I do not understand how they get away with it. There is no NO WAY that a deaf person can communicate with this bank. They say to use the text relay but this is a joke. With text relay, there is a third unknown person who translates from/into text. AM I supposed to share sensitive login details with a third person in an unknown to me application? Where are your email options? How is a heard of hearing person supposed to work/live in the UK if he/she has to go through discriminating banks like you? SHAME SHAME SHAME on you.

Why does the 30 second one on TV repeat the chorus about 5 times, whereas this 90 second one it plays a nice varied part of Stand by Me, with the chorus not coming in until right at the end. Did they not think it was quite annoying enough for TV and thought they needed more repetition in the music to really annoy people into using Halifax or something?
