The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening has always become my first season game series (The Legend of Zelda) was an epic year for Old man 👴 Ulrira’s House 🏡 all was good to see him again today with Landmark of Koholint day one ☝️ I hope 🤞🏽 still question was be the best starts forever after these games based on the video more characters very nice.

This is an incredible bit of promotional material. Its so cute and fits the game so well. I loved the little touches like when Ulrira mentions the Trendy Game and it smash cuts to the player dropping a Yoshi when the crane clearly has it secured. That is how you know that someone making this little video actually took the time to play the game first.
Now I kinda wish the remake had voice acting, or at least an option to have.

Eh, if Breath of the Wild taught me anything, it's that the characters would be British sounding. Wouldn't fit the art style. Maybe if they had the accents of the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer elves, I'd consider it.

Its unbeliveable how humoristic, cute and fantastic this game is. LA is by far the best 2D Zelda. Would be great to revisit Koholint some day and meet all this fantastic charakters in another dream!

@@logicalfundy yeah and about the motorcycle I just saying bcuz we actually get it very last, it was cool but almost useless and in my opinion the ballad DLC kinda ruin BOTW bcuz the game is about freedom of choice, later when ballad DLC came out you always have to follow strict order in order to access it, for example must complete all the divine beast first...however ofc I understand it was for the additional story content and to enhance the beast ability further but still...

@@ranmouri5648 I'll have to disagree with you. The DLC helps to connect you to the champions in a way that you don't get in the main game itself. Sure you get a few clips of them, but no personal connection. The DLC to me feels like it should always have been part of the game. Do you have to complete the champions first? Yep. Makes sense though. Just like you need to get enough hearts to get the master sword. Still plenty of freedom as you can choose to do it all or none of it.
We’ve come a long way with technology.

Nintendo please bring back and give us purple photo Mouse as DLC content for this game it would be nice that link goes to certain locations in his journey as a side quest and encounters the purple photo Mouse with animated cutscenes and then gets his picture taken, and a good name for the purple Mouse store is called (Mouse House Gallery) where Link can go and view all his photos from his past encounters with the mouse, and also at the store he can listen to all the music tracks for this game!
You know, I think it'd be nice if Nintendo made a graphically remake version of The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past using this game's graphical engine, and also The Legend of Zelda A Link Between World ported to the Switch.
I really, really hope Nintendo does the next Zelda game after BotW 2 in this style. It's the most beautiful game I've ever seen

Just got this game. Love it so far, but that frame rate dip when going into new areas really sucks.

@@minusnine5036 It actually has to do with a RAM glitch in the Switch's hardware (Jirard talks about it in his review)- for some reason, when the Switch goes into sleep mode, it starts loading things a bit improperly when you boot it back up. It's not super noticeable in most games, but obviously a lot more so in Link's awakening (and certain areas in Breath of the Wild as well).
The solution (which also happened to work for me) is to power down your Switch completely (via power options) and reboot it- that makes the frame drops nearly non-existent. That being said, it's annoying that they'll start occurring again after putting your Switch into sleep mode...
I really hope Nintendo patches this glitch, as it's really holding back the Switch's potential, especially when running this game...
