I played this on the Gameboy when I was 8 years old. I had no friends and my family was going through some hard times. Link's Awakening allowed me to escape from reality. If you went back in time and told 8 year old me that I would play a remake of this game with my wife and two boys in 2019, I probably would not believe you, and yet now I am doing just that. Thank you, Nintendo.
