- Almost NO employers are willing to sponsor NON EU to work in The Kingdom of Netherlands bcos there are enough locals, Eu citizens and nationals who are exempted to work permit.
Unless you are Highly skilled then its possible as long as the employer is recognized by the goverment ( IND).

Sis, question naka apply na ako ng OEC exemption bago ako bumalik ng Pilipinas. Ang tanong ko yung pabalik dito sa Netherlands kasi first time kong umuwi at babalik dito. Ano ano mga tinitingnan ni Mr/Miss Immigration Officer. Enough na ba yung Verblijfsgunning and OEC exemption or hahanapin pa yung contract and all?
Hi, which permit do you have? If its partner permit then no need oec, but you need cfo, your id card, thats it, for other types of permit that exempt you from oec just bring contract just in case.

No bcos not every eu country has same rules. As for netherlands its not possible. U cannot use ur malta permit to work in NL
Mam trish gud day ask ko lang dto ko sa romania at myron mgppsok skin sa factory anu po mga requerement nid f ppsok dun kc romania is not eu. Sana mapansin mo ung message ko sau mam. Thankz
If someone will refer you in factory then the employer will arrange for you, they know how to do it, sila na po bahala mgprocess nyan, as long as they sponsor you.
madam pano kaya yun? Nextmonth kc makukuha kona ang ID ko or residence ID dito sa Croatia. Dko alam kong 6 months or 1yr ang validity ng ID ko. Since Schengen Country natong Croatia pwd na gamitin ang ID ko sa lahat ng EU Countries including ata ang The Nethierlands. Dko lang po sure kong pwd. Mag ask lang po ako Madam kong may marerecommend po ba kayong pwd apartment or kahit room lang na pwd kong tirahan just incase na mapunta ako jan. Tatry ko lang po baka pwd na din mag apply. Iipon lang po ako ng onteng pera para meron akong pang apply jan at pambayad sa bahay. Sana po matulungan nyo po ako at mabigyan ng info about sa concern ko. Salamat po ng madame 🙏💪

I have a query regarding working in netherland.
If a work permit application is still under process in ( IND ) Netherlands, can a person who is already available in schengen ZONE as a employment perpose and holding EU work permit & valid TRC.
Can enter the netherland and start the work if he has job contract from Netherlands but work permit application is still under process in Netherlands.
Please enlighten the above mention query.

Your question is a bit confusing, u are asking if you can work even if the application is still on process? And u mentioned being having a work permit and trc? This is 2 different situations, you can only come to work in netherlands if u hold a visa So first they will submit ur application to ind and once successfull u will apply a visa, come to NL pick the id card and work.

No need Visa for me because I already in EU Malta on employment purpose and holding Maltese TRC I can travel 26 EU countries without Visa . But My question was I got Job offer from Netherlands okay My employer submit My application for work permit in IND Not yet approved . Can I start my work with my Employer if my work permit application is still in underproses in IND . I hope you can understand now. My Employer told me that you have to joining by 1 of October 2022 . So if I come Netherlands Can I start work ??
@@hassanaliraja8579 no you cannot start the work without the approval of work permit, you must have the authorization to work in NL, when u arrived u need to register in the municipality and get your bsn and open a dutch bank account and to do this u must have a dutch id card for resident registration. So first u need to have an approved work permit.

If you have a partner you can apply for partner permit in IND so you can work freely

It has nothing to do with work permit application and i guess that friend you talked is scam, many abusive agents in malta so BE crefull

As long as they willing to provide training for you, but usually most jobs requires 3 yrs especially applicants that is not from Eu countries

Refuggee and illegal are different things,refugees are from countries with war or problems in their countries and they lived here in Netherlands legally as refugees or asylum as the govt provide them papers to stay, and illegal is just people living here without papers

If u apply for german visa u musta apply at german embassy, if u apply for dutch visa apply at dutch embassy NOT in malta embassy, usually work visa applied tru VFS global not directly at embassies of that country.

@@meganathangovindarajan8676 work permit is to ve applied by your german employer in german and not in embassy,y since u already in Malta u dont need a visa anymore just a german work permit.

No need for exam for eu citizen or non dutch partner,apply for eu verification so u can get a partner permit.

You can visit ind.nl and your bf can start submitting all the documemts required. Steps can be found tru ind.nl bcos it will depends on the employment situation of your bf.
