    To apply in Netherlands is it necessary to study Dutch Language? Or there are some employers that accepts english speaking? I only know English from the Philippines.
    Thanks

    • @visalibrary

      No, it is not necessary to study Dutch to apply for a work visa in the Netherlands. Many employers in the Netherlands accept English-speaking employees, especially in sectors like technology, science, and international business. However, learning Dutch can be beneficial for social integration and expanding employment opportunities.

    hey!!!! pls how can i apply as an automobile mechanic? i have the experience but i dont have a certificate.

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      To apply for a work visa as an automobile mechanic in the Netherlands without a certificate, start by securing a job offer from a Dutch employer. Your prospective employer will need to obtain a work permit (TWV) on your behalf, demonstrating a shortage of suitable local or EU candidates for the position. While not having a certificate may present challenges, your extensive experience in the field can still make you an appealing candidate. After the work permit is approved, you can apply for a long-stay visa (MVV) at the Dutch embassy or consulate in your home country, allowing you to enter the Netherlands. Within three months of your arrival, apply for a residence permit from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) to legally work and stay in the country. Additionally, ensure you have mandatory health insurance to meet Dutch requirements. It's advisable to consult with immigration authorities or legal experts for personalized guidance and the most up-to-date information.

    For non EU, do i have to show the embassy bank statement and medical report for work permit ( D) category visa.

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For non-EU nationals applying for a Work Visa (D category) in the Netherlands, the requirements include having an employment contract with a Dutch employer and meeting the minimum wage requirements. Your employer also needs to demonstrate that the position couldn't be filled by a Dutch or EU/EEA national. Additionally, for certain types of visas, such as those for highly-skilled migrants or researchers, your employer must be recognized as a sponsor by the IND, and your salary must meet specific income requirements.
      Regarding the submission of a bank statement and a medical report, the general visa application process requires you to provide a valid passport, passport photos, a confirmation of job offer, educational qualifications or CV, proof of meeting income requirements, health insurance coverage, and a criminal record check. Some applicants may need to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test. There isn't a specific mention of a bank statement as a universal requirement, but financial stability through proof of income is necessary. As for medical reports, apart from the TB test for residents from certain countries, additional health screenings aren't broadly specified but could be required based on personal circumstances.
      It's crucial to consult with the Dutch embassy or consulate in your home country or the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) for the most accurate and detailed requirements tailored to your situation, as visa regulations can vary based on the specific type of work visa and your personal circumstances.

    Hi... I have a doubt do they ask for ielts or any English proficiency certificate for mvv employment type d visa.... Eagerly awaiting for ur rply

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      To work in the Netherlands on an MVV employment type D visa, the specific requirement for an English proficiency test like IELTS is not explicitly mentioned in the general guidelines for the MVV visa. The MVV (Machtiging tot Voorlopig Verblijf) is a provisional residence permit needed for stays exceeding 90 days and is primarily an entry visa that allows you to travel to the Netherlands and then pick up your residence permit.
      The requirements for obtaining an MVV visa largely depend on your nationality and the type of work you will be doing in the Netherlands. For example, some nationalities also need to apply for an MVV visa along with their Dutch residence permit and may be required to take a civic integration exam, which tests your knowledge of Dutch language and culture. However, this does not specifically mention an English proficiency test.
      In terms of work visa requirements, you typically need an employment contract with a Dutch employer, and your employer has to demonstrate that the job position could not be filled by a Dutch or other EU/EEA national. Additionally, you should meet the standard requirements for any Dutch visa, which may include proof of income, health insurance, and a valid passport.
      Given that English proficiency requirements can vary depending on your specific situation, it's advisable to check with the Dutch embassy or consulate, or the employer in the Netherlands, for the most accurate and detailed information regarding your application.

    Iam not any graduation only on work experience in oil and gas division project involved in metal industry.can you tell me this offer is possible to me

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is possible to obtain a Netherlands work visa based on your work experience in the oil and gas division, particularly if you are involved in the metal industry, even without a formal higher education degree. The key is whether your experience and skills match the requirements of the job offer and whether the employer has demonstrated that they could not fill the position with a candidate from the Netherlands or the broader European Economic Area (EEA). The Dutch immigration authorities consider each application on its merits, including work experience and the shortage of such skilled workers in the Netherlands. Ensure the consultancy in Dubai is reputable and that the job offer and work permit application process are legitimate.

Can I transfer my blue card in this case?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your question is not clear. Do you want to move from Poland to Netherlands?
      To apply for a Blue Card, your salary must fulfil the requirements.

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      A Blue Card can be transferred after being used for a whole year in the country where it was issued. The specific guidelines, however, could differ based on the nation. If you meet the requirements, you could be eligible to transfer your Blue Card to the Netherlands since you obtained it in Poland and have kept it for more than 12 months as of the start of your job.
