You dont need to pass immigration sinced croatia is eu and schengen now, if you have permanent permit in croatia then you can work here, but if its temporary then its not allowed

Yes no problem as long as your id card is still valid you can travel

Applying job in Netherlands is free of chrage. And make sure that you can get a work permit here bcos its impossible here for work sponsorship.
