Hello Tina, Trust you're doing good! I wanted to thank you first for your responses to each one of us. Appreciate you as it means a lot. :) Every one of us need information to think, plan, and decide just to step ahead what to do, how to do to achieve our individuals plan of action. We found easy way to view someone's experience like your video (Information is wealth) to explore as much as we can and understand through such videos about the process and all. Thank you very much for all your time to us. :)
Hi Madhu, Thank you sooo much for appreciating my effort. You know I was actually feeling very low yesterday. Just woke up now and read your comment. You actually made my day and boosted my confidence. Thanks again. I wish you lovely and energetic day ahead.
Thanks for the details. But, in a scenario when the couple is working and only one of them get HSM VISA. So, what wud be the visa type the other partner?
Hi Tina thank you very much for your explanation. My situation is as follows: I was offered a job offer from an employer in the Netherlands, they applied to my work permit under the highly skilled migrant visa, in order to get the work permit for both me and my husband. While receiving a feedback from the IND, they stated that they will have an answer for my work permit latest end of the week as for my husband an answer will be given latest February. Aren’t we supposed to have the work permit both the same time, what’s the reason of this time difference? Thank you in advance
Hi Hana, thank you! I understood that you got the job and your husband will be in your dependent visa. However, he will also get same rights of work permit as yours. He will be in dependent visa category. So only there is difference for getting the answer from the IND.
(Any library in Netherlands) Is it possible to acquire knowledge of computer science and engineering, economics, international politics and geography entirely in English in a library in Netherlands, or does this knowledge require knowledge of that's dutch language?
Hi... Thanks again for the details... Can I person with HSM visa travel back to India for few days during the visa duration? As far as I remember, one cannot. Could you please clarify? TIA.
Hi Tina, Thank you so much for these video series, Can you please help me out to understand Provisional Residence(MVV - Visa and the residence permit card)? My employer is applying for this to IND, but I'm totally unaware of this. Your guidance will help me a lot in my further process.
Hi Swapnil, Since you are eligible for the work permit so only your employer is applying work visa for you. But first you will get MVV visa. On the basis of MVV visa you can travel to Nethwrlands. And then within one month you will get RP card. RP card you can collect after arriving to Netherlands from IND office. With MVV visa you can stay till 90 days in NL. So only you need to collect RP card from IND. Which your employer is already applying it.
Every expat get RP card to live in the Netherlands. Every RP card will have different expiry date as per their work permit or visa. If your employer applied for HSM visa then you will get RP card with 5 years of validity.
Hi Tina thank you for making this informative video. Is there possibility to apply for EU Blue card after getting HSM visa, once we move to the country? (Let's say I have a job with salary as per required criteria but I have to get my degree evaluated my Nuffic which will take time and I apply for it after moving to Netherlands).
Hi Madhav, Yes 30% ruling is available for both HSM and Blue card. The main condition for 30% ruling is you should be hire from outside of the Netherlands.
I am already working in Netherlands with dependent visa. My wife is here in Netherlands on ICT visa. Now I am trying to get my own visa. Since I am 30+ and i am not meeting salary slab I can't apply for HSM. Is there any other visa or way I can stay here. I have permanent job
Hi Tina, You have mentioned salary criteria 2021, 4752 per month for HSM 30 + age, is it after tax reduction or the gross salary. Can you please provide a clear explanation?
All your videos are very helpful. Thanks for your efforts. Could you please let me know the below ones regarding HSM: 1. Exact documents before applying VISA and all should be apostille ? 2. Spouse has to apply VISA with me or they can apply anytime independently ? 3. Apostille stamps (MEA,HRD, Notary) has to be done on Original certificates ??
Hi Ashwini, thank you. First of all your employer will submit the HSM visa for you. For that you need to submit only passport, marriage certificate if you are married. Your family can apply dependent visa any time. Most of the cases your employer will apply dependent visa for you. But there are also the case where you also can apply. Apostile stamps needed on the original document.

Yes you can travel to Netherlands if you have residence permit card as travel ban from India is removed for RP card holder. I am still not sure for covaxin as it is not approved by WHO. Hence you have to carry your negative test report. I will also suggest to carry your vaccination report with you.
Hi Ishfaq, Blue card holder also eligible for 30% ruling. Since you will be hired from outside of Netherlands, you will definitely get 30% ruling benefit.

Hi, Truly speaking it is not easy to get job in Dutch healthcare field. But however, these are the steps: 1. You must avail a European Nursing degree. If you have Indian nursing degree, you must have to validate your diploma with IDW. 2. You must have good Dutch language skill. 3. You must have a valid work permit in the Netherlands. 4. Then you can send your resume to recruitment@emtg.nl 5. Then you will be called for interview.
