I was in my Junior year of High School and doing some crafts at a table in the library. It was thank you notes to my parents for some holiday thing. I was with my friend who was doing the same. A tiny light starts flashing red of the library walls and the happy-go-lucky library teacher goes up to see it. She looked at it for a few seconds before getting a terrified look in her eyes and said "Oh my god, we're on lockdown!" and everybody started to hide. I wasn't very scared though, I thought it was a test. Me and my friend walked into this tiny backroom of the library that was also connected the hallway. Nobody is in there, its just me, my friend, and a few other kids I don't know. Then suddenly a lady comes through these 2 huge doors that connect to the hallway and slams them shut. She literally SPRINTS over to us and tells us to get down. I was so scared at this point, people were starting to cry around me. My friend looks over at me and says "i think we're gonna be on the news." I kept asking the lady who ran in if this was real and she said "I don't know." each time. Everyone was petrified. It was about 15 minutes later when an announcement came over the school saying it was a test. Everyone was so pissed. First of all, they didnt tell any teachers, AND they did during lunch?! They just said "sorry if we scared you." Like you wont believe the horror stories ive heard from my other friends who were in different classrooms. It was so rude.

I played along and when we reached the entrance of our school she told me there was a person literally staring at us from inside a bush with his pants down and his you know what out, four years later we carpool every day.
When I went to north Carolina in 2019 I went to a beach, and my parents told me to stay close to not get killed by a shark. I went as far as I could, then let the waves push me back. Then the next day a woman got attacked by a shark, luckily the father was a us marine and save the daughters life. Still haunts me to this day.
I was once at school, when THE TERROR ALARM suddenly went off, telling us stay calm and barricade ourself in the classroom (It was lunch time - so there was no teacher there at that time). After 45 Minutes of fear and uncertainty, we were notified that it was just a false alarm cause by a cable malfunction.
I was researching a painting(for fun! I love history) called Ivan the terrible. When I read the horrible back story behind it i felt the urge to take a look at the painting itself. For no reason I became so terrified(not at the story,I've read worse) for no reason, so much so I couldn't move. Then I heard the glass on the desk move (the desk is to the left of my bed which I was lying on whilst researching). I was still to afraid to look over because I didn't want to see something I couldn't unsee. Then in one huge wave I sensed a feeling of tension relieving, as if someone was pointing a gun at me and lowered it. I have had weird stuff happen to me before this like seeing ghosts, hearing voices and having the bathroom door open and close on its own. But this was definitely the scariest one despite being so simple.

So we are just sitting there and im drinking chocolate milk and I hear this knocking on the window outside our kitchen. Our deck is elevated so no mistake someone climbed steps to break in. So my aunt yelled, "Hey (cousins name), go get the shotgun, i hear someone outside!" Now we didnt own a gun at the time but she used it to scare the dude off, and we barely heard footsteps going down, aunt stepped outside with a weapon and saw a flashlight in the woods far behind our house. Scariest shit ever. Glad I was with family and not home alone. TL;DR someone tried to break in late at night and aunt pretends we have a gun to scare him off. Second story: I was about 15 when this happened, it was dark out, and im laying in bed facing my window, I sleep with a lamp on cuz im a wuss lol. I was halfway asleep and very relaxed. I turned over to face my door and I see this shadow shaped like a person dissapear slowly behind my door. About a minute later i look over into the hallway and its gone. Shadow people ususally mean well but damn if it isnt scary. TL;DR Shadow man watches me sleep and i catch a glimpse of him while he disappears behind my door.
I remember going to summer camp with my class and falling in the lake. I couldn’t swim but I had a life jacket on and was pretty far out (I was kayaking). Now keep in mind. They told us there were no alligators or snakes in the water just turtle fishes and ducks, these life jackets were 40+ years old, the lake water is a classic murky green(You can still see underneath you but not a lot), and the lake was divided into different parts [Camp part, bayou part, and field part]. Since the life jack was old and couldn’t really hold my weight I went underneath for about 20 seconds which gave me a good view of past my feet. And I swear to God I look underneath me and see this huge ass creature swim right underneath me with ease. I begin swimming the best I could and grabbed onto someone else’s boat who was nearby. Took them 5 minutes to come and get me and 10 minutes to get me back to the dock. Figures out one of the kids saw a snake in the bayou part of the lake. Needless to say, I’m sticking to pools from now on. That shit was terrifying.
One time, when I was around Middle School, I was sleeping in the Living Room because I had no room, woke up but didn't opened my eyes. After some time, I turned sideways to the opposite way and opened my eyes. When I opened them, I saw a boy child staring at me glowing in Baby Blue. It gasped as we made eye contact and proceeded to vanish in less than half a second. I saw him 3 more times in different places of the House in the next few months and have not seen him since.
That's crazy i saw the same thing a baby silhouette in front of our living room fire place the eyes were see through so the silhouette covered the light from the fire but part of the head where eyes would be you could see the fire, scared the shit out of me I froze and saw it run down the hall towards the bedrooms I got angry because I was scary and decided to get up and look for it but found nothing didnt go back to sleep that night.

I used to live on a dirt road court that was partially hidden from the main paved road. I was probably about 15 and my brother was about 10. We were in our front yard sort of helping our dad work on the family van. (You know, shine the flashlight on certain spots and hand him the right tools) This strange man walks up to my brother and asks if his dad is home. The man can only see my brother from where he is standing, bc my dad and I are around the side of the van. But we are only a few feet away. My dad instantly appears and pulls my brother really close to himself and away from the stranger. He asks," Can I help you with something?" The guy takes off running without saying anything. It's scary to think that that guy could have grabbed my brother without a word. My dad was close, but he was focused on the car until the guy warned us of his presence. I was too young and weak to really do anything.

I was recently staying home alone for about a week because the rest of my family was going to Poland for my sisters first communion (I had school so I couldn't go), and I learnt that the neighours kids become significantly active in the evening (we live in a semi-detached house so you can hear most loud noises, like the sound of someone running somewhere upstairs)
I have a story. Almost every time after I wake up, I see people sitting or clinging on my chair by my desk several minutes. I rub my eyes and try to shake myself awake, but they're still there. They look STRAIGHT AT ME, sometimes smiling. It can be anyone; a child, an old lady, anyone. But I have never seen them in my entire life. Then they vanish into thin air. Sometimes I just get up and walk straight towards them, but as soon as I get to the chair they disappear. One time I saw a spider as big as an adult hand, crawling back and forth over another chair that's in my room. I could just sit in my bed and hope it didn't get the idea to crawl up to me. It's also worth noting, it's been a few years since I had several cases of sleep paralysis, where I saw a shadow just whispering complete nonsense in my ear or just standing there looking at me, all while I couldn't move and was completely scared shitless. So I know what sleep paralysis is. If my room is indeed haunted, I want the ghosts to know they're free to use my room as much as they'd like but STOP LOOKING AT ME WHILE I SLEEP.

One night I think we may have been watching a movie or Something but, me and my mom passed out on the couch, well my sister was able to get to bed.. and around like 3-4 or 5 idk I woke up and saw my mom walk down the hall and turn into the kitchen very stiffly and like robot-like and quick, I got up to follow her cause obviously I was curious, and as I was about to turn into the kitchen I heard her say my name. I turned back to see her still laying on the couch asking me where I was going….Sometimes I wonder what I would of saw if I actually got the chance to go into the kitchen lol.
Just as a safety tip. If you are being followed you can take your phone and pretend to be on a call. This worked for my stepmother, one day she was walking in a alley and noticed she was being followed and used this technique and he turned away.
This happened recently... I was trying to fall asleep and I heard what sounded like wolf howling out my window. Not too strange, I thought, it could be dogs... Alot of people in my town have dogs. But then it all stopped... In perfect synchrony. Then I heard what sounded like gibberish of two people arguing. A month later, I started learning German (for no reason, I just want to speak Germam) and I realized the "gibberish" was German. I don't remember everything they said, and I don't know German very well, but I recognize some of the words.

It happened to my cousin he can home in the middle of the night. When he came home his mom was hanging clothes outside...in the middle of night, he look and at weirdly and said "Hello mom". She didn't looked at him just said"Welcome back". He went to his room and then his mom called him, she heated his food asked him to eat and that she was waiting for him to come back. When he asked why she was hanging clothes in the middle of night she said she wasn't. HE didn't believed her went out to look and saw the water was still there but there were no clothes.

I live in a house that is divided into two apartments. I actually have two creepy storys about this house, but I'll only say one of them to save your time. So my house is next to a busy road. We live in a small town and hardly any crimes happen. You'll have the occasional car crash resulting in death, or a pedestrian being hit, but thats about it. (Keep this in mind.) One night I was laying on my bed looking up random things and all of the sudden I hear the loudest banging I've ever heard come from my window and a deep male voice screaming "HEY! HEY!". (The window is in the middle of my room. My room is in the middle of the house and the walls are very thin. Also keep this in mind. I dont understand till this day how it didnt wake ANYONE up. The weirdest thing is my brother was asleep in the other room and never heard it.) I panic and wait a few seconds for it to happen again. I was shocked to the point where I could barely move. I got up and ran into my mothers room and woke her up. She gets up and I call 911. (First time.) Before they answer, she hears the banging aswell. The police were called and when they got there they looked around the house. Nothing. Nothing was there. No sign of any sort of pampering. Now, when I say these bangs were forceful, I dont get why the glass didnt shatter. The only thing they saw was some random guy down the road walking. Till this day it scares the shit out of me. I don't know who or what it was, but they really wanted my attention. Sometimes I think it could have been the ghost of someone who passed away on the road, someone who passed away in this old house, or my papa. But I'm not sure. I've even went as far as to think a ghost was warning me that my mom or my step dad could be in danger during their sleep, or that something might happen and they were making me wake them up because they knew I would. TL:DR, Some creepy man banged on my window in the middle of the night, I now have a gun sticker on my window.
Something similar happened to me and my brother one night while we were driving home, Me driving my car and brother in the passenger seat, I start noticing this car that has been following us the past handful of turns and blocks, so i start getting anxious and say to my brother "this car has been following us the past few turns" and i even started making random turns, wasn't a cop because i would have seen the lights and logo, so i make another turn and confirm it's following us and start getting more anxious and tell my brother to hang on because my car is a sports car with a modified engine so it has speed to it and said im going to loose them this next turn, so when i take the next turn and see the headlights come onto the same road as we just took, I downshift into 2nd gear and let the rpm get high and pop the clutch and start flooring it down the road jumping through the gears like i was racing. Looked in the rear view mirror and no longer see headlights, i happen to look down at my speed and was going about 75 something couldn't really read exactly because when my car hits higher speeds it tends to cause a lot of feedback in the dashboard from the engine, so when i slowed down after about a min or two later i was laughing because that was the first time i pushed my car that fast in a short amount of time and was surprised at how i handled it, normal have a hiccup while shifting but i didn't at that moment because of the circumstances, my brother was saying the same thing and laughing because of how fast i was going, and he even confirms that we were being followed. I was on edge looking for headlights behind us but didn't see any the rest of the way home. This was around the time when i heard on the news that people where being followed home then robbed or killed when they got home. So idk if thats what was happening or what but wasn't going to chance it.
@4:10 this is crazy. I've experienced literally the exact same thing when it comes to auditory hallucinations. Like, in the exact same order as this person has described it. I thought it was just my brain that was making those specific hallucinations as well. The voices only happened like once, but it was still scary. I guess I feel less alone? lol
My mom was dropping off my brother at high school one morning and I was in the car with her while she was pulling out. Then, suddenly, I got this eerie feeling that a car accident was about to happen and I didn't want it to, but there was no possible way to warn my mother about it. My only thought was, "I don't want to be in a car accident" right before my mom crashed into another car. Now, car accidents are terrifying on their own, but I yelled out "Fuck" out of shock and I was trembling when I got out of the car. It was probably made worse by feeling that it was about to happen and it actually did. Honorable mention is sleep paralysis, but I decided the car accident story was more terrifying, because you can legitimately get into a car accident at any moment and it doesn't matter how careful you're driving if someone else is being a dumbass.
Not me but my mom, she heard la llorona one time in Mexico when going to the town next to her home town. She was with a cousin and her friend, they were the back of a truck and they just heard a sobbing cry that was loud af, then she told pretty much every adult she knew and only my great grandpa who I’m named after believed her and he told her that when you hear la llorona then something really bad is going to happen.

When I was a kid I sometimes heard people calling my name or some shit like that in the stories people told on the video and just like they said, very vividly. It just tuns out that me and almost all of the people that shit like that happens, is that we have a very active mind, and if we a expecting something, like the girl hearing her brother calling her because she was expecting him coming home and saying that, or the teen in his grandparents house thinking it was his uncle coming in at the storm (just like he said, the dogs didn't give shit at the beginning probably because he was imagining it) because he was expecting his uncle to come and help if needed, the rest is just something obvious that could happen in a house that is in a fucking storm.

So my aunt yelled, "Hey (cousins name), go get the shotgun, i hear someone outside!" Now we didnt own a gun at the time but she used it to scare the dude off, and we barely heard footsteps going down, aunt stepped outside with a weapon and saw a flashlight in the woods far behind our house. Scariest shit ever. Glad I was with family and not home alone.
TL;DR someone tried to break in late at night and aunt pretends we have a gun to scare him off.
Second story: I was about 15 when this happened, it was dark out, and im laying in bed facing my window, I sleep with a lamp on cuz im a wuss lol. I was halfway asleep and very relaxed. I turned over to face my door and I see this shadow shaped like a person dissapear slowly behind my door. About a minute later i look over into the hallway and its gone. Shadow people ususally mean well but damn if it isnt scary.
TL;DR Shadow man watches me sleep and i catch a glimpse of him while he disappears behind my door.
I remember going to summer camp with my class and falling in the lake. I couldn’t swim but I had a life jacket on and was pretty far out (I was kayaking). Now keep in mind. They told us there were no alligators or snakes in the water just turtle fishes and ducks, these life jackets were 40+ years old, the lake water is a classic murky green(You can still see underneath you but not a lot), and the lake was divided into different parts [Camp part, bayou part, and field part]. Since the life jack was old and couldn’t really hold my weight I went underneath for about 20 seconds which gave me a good view of past my feet. And I swear to God I look underneath me and see this huge ass creature swim right underneath me with ease. I begin swimming the best I could and grabbed onto someone else’s boat who was nearby. Took them 5 minutes to come and get me and 10 minutes to get me back to the dock. Figures out one of the kids saw a snake in the bayou part of the lake. Needless to say, I’m sticking to pools from now on. That shit was terrifying.

One time, when I was around Middle School, I was sleeping in the Living Room because I had no room, woke up but didn't opened my eyes. After some time, I turned sideways to the opposite way and opened my eyes. When I opened them, I saw a boy child staring at me glowing in Baby Blue. It gasped as we made eye contact and proceeded to vanish in less than half a second. I saw him 3 more times in different places of the House in the next few months and have not seen him since.
That's crazy i saw the same thing a baby silhouette in front of our living room fire place the eyes were see through so the silhouette covered the light from the fire but part of the head where eyes would be you could see the fire, scared the shit out of me I froze and saw it run down the hall towards the bedrooms I got angry because I was scary and decided to get up and look for it but found nothing didnt go back to sleep that night.

At first I found it wierd that I couldnt move and then thatwls when I realized I was having a sleep paralysis. So I noped out nervously telling myself "no. I used to live on a dirt road court that was partially hidden from the main paved road. I was probably about 15 and my brother was about 10. We were in our front yard sort of helping our dad work on the family van. (You know, shine the flashlight on certain spots and hand him the right tools) This strange man walks up to my brother and asks if his dad is home. The man can only see my brother from where he is standing, bc my dad and I are around the side of the van. But we are only a few feet away. My dad instantly appears and pulls my brother really close to himself and away from the stranger. He asks," Can I help you with something?" The guy takes off running without saying anything. It's scary to think that that guy could have grabbed my brother without a word. My dad was close, but he was focused on the car until the guy warned us of his presence. I was too young and weak to really do anything.

I was recently staying home alone for about a week because the rest of my family was going to Poland for my sisters first communion (I had school so I couldn't go), and I learnt that the neighours kids become significantly active in the evening (we live in a semi-detached house so you can hear most loud noises, like the sound of someone running somewhere upstairs)
I have a story. Almost every time after I wake up, I see people sitting or clinging on my chair by my desk several minutes. I rub my eyes and try to shake myself awake, but they're still there. They look STRAIGHT AT ME, sometimes smiling. It can be anyone; a child, an old lady, anyone. But I have never seen them in my entire life.
Then they vanish into thin air. Sometimes I just get up and walk straight towards them, but as soon as I get to the chair they disappear. One time I saw a spider as big as an adult hand, crawling back and forth over another chair that's in my room. I could just sit in my bed and hope it didn't get the idea to crawl up to me.
It's also worth noting, it's been a few years since I had several cases of sleep paralysis, where I saw a shadow just whispering complete nonsense in my ear or just standing there looking at me, all while I couldn't move and was completely scared shitless. So I know what sleep paralysis is.
If my room is indeed haunted, I want the ghosts to know they're free to use my room as much as they'd like but STOP LOOKING AT ME WHILE I SLEEP.

One night I think we may have been watching a movie or Something but, me and my mom passed out on the couch, well my sister was able to get to bed.. and around like 3-4 or 5 idk I woke up and saw my mom walk down the hall and turn into the kitchen very stiffly and like robot-like and quick, I got up to follow her cause obviously I was curious, and as I was about to turn into the kitchen I heard her say my name. I turned back to see her still laying on the couch asking me where I was going….Sometimes I wonder what I would of saw if I actually got the chance to go into the kitchen lol.

Just as a safety tip. If you are being followed you can take your phone and pretend to be on a call. This worked for my stepmother, one day she was walking in a alley and noticed she was being followed and used this technique and he turned away.
This happened recently... I was trying to fall asleep and I heard what sounded like wolf howling out my window. Not too strange, I thought, it could be dogs... Alot of people in my town have dogs. But then it all stopped... In perfect synchrony. Then I heard what sounded like gibberish of two people arguing. A month later, I started learning German (for no reason, I just want to speak Germam) and I realized the "gibberish" was German. I don't remember everything they said, and I don't know German very well, but I recognize some of the words.

It happened to my cousin he can home in the middle of the night. When he came home his mom was hanging clothes outside...in the middle of night, he look and at weirdly and said "Hello mom". She didn't looked at him just said"Welcome back". He went to his room and then his mom called him, she heated his food asked him to eat and that she was waiting for him to come back. When he asked why she was hanging clothes in the middle of night she said she wasn't. HE didn't believed her went out to look and saw the water was still there but there were no clothes.
I got a story
I am 13, 12 or 11 at the time, I was sleeping and I was dreaming about something, not sure what. Then I felt a long sharp scratch which suddenly woke me up. It was around 6:30 when it happened and I thought there was a demon or something under my bed so a stayed on my bed until I had the courage to run out my room.

I live in a house that is divided into two apartments. I actually have two creepy storys about this house, but I'll only say one of them to save your time.
So my house is next to a busy road. We live in a small town and hardly any crimes happen. You'll have the occasional car crash resulting in death, or a pedestrian being hit, but thats about it. (Keep this in mind.)
One night I was laying on my bed looking up random things and all of the sudden I hear the loudest banging I've ever heard come from my window and a deep male voice screaming "HEY! HEY!". (The window is in the middle of my room. My room is in the middle of the house and the walls are very thin. Also keep this in mind. I dont understand till this day how it didnt wake ANYONE up. The weirdest thing is my brother was asleep in the other room and never heard it.)
I panic and wait a few seconds for it to happen again. I was shocked to the point where I could barely move. I got up and ran into my mothers room and woke her up. She gets up and I call 911. (First time.) Before they answer, she hears the banging aswell. The police were called and when they got there they looked around the house. Nothing. Nothing was there. No sign of any sort of pampering. Now, when I say these bangs were forceful, I dont get why the glass didnt shatter. The only thing they saw was some random guy down the road walking.
Till this day it scares the shit out of me. I don't know who or what it was, but they really wanted my attention.
Sometimes I think it could have been the ghost of someone who passed away on the road, someone who passed away in this old house, or my papa.
But I'm not sure. I've even went as far as to think a ghost was warning me that my mom or my step dad could be in danger during their sleep, or that something might happen and they were making me wake them up because they knew I would.
TL:DR, Some creepy man banged on my window in the middle of the night, I now have a gun sticker on my window.

Something similar happened to me and my brother one night while we were driving home, Me driving my car and brother in the passenger seat, I start noticing this car that has been following us the past handful of turns and blocks, so i start getting anxious and say to my brother "this car has been following us the past few turns" and i even started making random turns, wasn't a cop because i would have seen the lights and logo, so i make another turn and confirm it's following us and start getting more anxious and tell my brother to hang on because my car is a sports car with a modified engine so it has speed to it and said im going to loose them this next turn, so when i take the next turn and see the headlights come onto the same road as we just took, I downshift into 2nd gear and let the rpm get high and pop the clutch and start flooring it down the road jumping through the gears like i was racing. Looked in the rear view mirror and no longer see headlights, i happen to look down at my speed and was going about 75 something couldn't really read exactly because when my car hits higher speeds it tends to cause a lot of feedback in the dashboard from the engine, so when i slowed down after about a min or two later i was laughing because that was the first time i pushed my car that fast in a short amount of time and was surprised at how i handled it, normal have a hiccup while shifting but i didn't at that moment because of the circumstances, my brother was saying the same thing and laughing because of how fast i was going, and he even confirms that we were being followed. I was on edge looking for headlights behind us but didn't see any the rest of the way home. This was around the time when i heard on the news that people where being followed home then robbed or killed when they got home. So idk if thats what was happening or what but wasn't going to chance it.

@4:10 this is crazy. I've experienced literally the exact same thing when it comes to auditory hallucinations. Like, in the exact same order as this person has described it. I thought it was just my brain that was making those specific hallucinations as well. The voices only happened like once, but it was still scary. I guess I feel less alone? lol
My mom was dropping off my brother at high school one morning and I was in the car with her while she was pulling out. Then, suddenly, I got this eerie feeling that a car accident was about to happen and I didn't want it to, but there was no possible way to warn my mother about it. My only thought was, "I don't want to be in a car accident" right before my mom crashed into another car.
Now, car accidents are terrifying on their own, but I yelled out "Fuck" out of shock and I was trembling when I got out of the car. It was probably made worse by feeling that it was about to happen and it actually did.
Honorable mention is sleep paralysis, but I decided the car accident story was more terrifying, because you can legitimately get into a car accident at any moment and it doesn't matter how careful you're driving if someone else is being a dumbass.

Not me but my mom, she heard la llorona one time in Mexico when going to the town next to her home town. She was with a cousin and her friend, they were the back of a truck and they just heard a sobbing cry that was loud af, then she told pretty much every adult she knew and only my great grandpa who I’m named after believed her and he told her that when you hear la llorona then something really bad is going to happen.

i remember that when i was sleeping on my bed (my old bed was in my mom room before), i just wake up in the middle of the nigth, and then the hallway door was half open (my bed was facing to the hallway), and then i saw a fucking white thing was floating in the middle of the door, i dont remember what form it had because i just saw it and tucked myself in the bed, my heart almost exploded when that happened, but little moments after i was sleeping again, another history is that i was having a dream in where i was "el zorro" and i was running in a field, everything was like a crappy 3d, some skeletons where attacking me and then a fuckign screamer of an skeleton with red eyes appeared and i woke up really scared.... man those where the days.

It just tuns out that me and almost all of the people that shit like that happens, is that we have a very active mind, and if we a expecting something, like the girl hearing her brother calling her because she was expecting him coming home and saying that, or the teen in his grandparents house thinking it was his uncle coming in at the storm (just like he said, the dogs didn't give shit at the beginning probably because he was imagining it) because he was expecting his uncle to come and help if needed, the rest is just something obvious that could happen in a house that is in a fucking storm.
