I use metal as an escape from all the things in life that suck. Politics is definitely on that list.

Always dig a QA video! I hate politics and don't address it either, especially considering I'm in Australia and it's a very different climate in some ways. As for politics in music, Jesus Christ those that play the Six Degrees of Sketch game are really getting on my nerves now. Ulcerate played here in 2018 or so with Mgla and Gorguts, so we better cancel Gorguts to be sure!
Well said on the politics based question. I’m in a similar boat. I have no problem with folks involved in metal to speak about politics and their beliefs. In many ways it is a good thing. But I don’t want to feel pressure from others that “I “should” or “have to” speak openly about politics. I don’t like that expectation.

As a Christian I don’t listen to behemoth for obvious reasons but I’d love to meet nergal as well. Our differences aside, he’d just be a great dude to talk music with. Mad respect to him as a musician and a songwriter but again I obviously don’t agree with his lyrics
