Except for last year, I've been to every Midgardsblot. It's such a special and fantastic festival, and this year was no different. The lineup was a bit more eclectic than previous years, but still damn good, and I discovered some new favourtie artists thanks to it, like Ledfoot and Texas Cornflakes Massacre! It was really fun seeing you run around with the camera as well. I'm glad you had a good time.

It's so damn cool that you can really learn and experience the Scandinavian/ Norwegian culture through festivals like this.. There are similar festivals in Canada but not as in depth.. And not nearly as good musically. Great video, cheers brother 🍻😎🤘

This year was two days from Bruce Dickinson and other rock bands the first day to Coroner , Dark Tranquillity , Cavalera and Emperor the second day. Maybe check out next year , It should be huge next year 🤞🤟

The video is beautiful especially the longship ride, but the last year edition vlog was better for me because you showed many more bands and it was in 2 parts. theres a video of Archspires drummer playing one of there older songs as a drum playthrough (Lucid Collective Somnabulation) and its crazy. If you feel ike checking it out, I highly recommend it. Its super impressive.
Initially planned to visit Midgardsblot this year myself but didn't have the funds to make it this time (plus Emperor alone wouldnt be not entirely worth for me personally regarding the line-up). Seems like you had a massive blast tho! Do you think the festival itself is just worth visiting completely independently from the line-up? And a question completely unrelated to the video: What's your opinion on Icelandic black metal?
Im going to the Aftershock festival in October but this looks so much cooler lol. Aftershock is free for me❤. My friends son was gonna go with him but he's gotta go to Germany for a job. So I'm the one who gets to go. Sadly half of its garbage. Very curious how Slayer will sound. Especially Tom. This right here is on my bucketlist.
