    used to spend hours on calls with mbm when we were practicing for the aimlab tourneys, it's really important to note again that playing reactive & dynamic scenarios for long periods of time does put an insane strain on your wrist & shoulder. really glad you mentioned it & great video!
    madbadman is actually a really nice guy and you should check him out :p

    this made me realise why my dynamic clicking is so far behind my other techniques.
    i didnt consistently practice a proper technique but i didnt really realise because i never really liked clicking timing scenarios in general for the longest time of my aim training journey. so i paid less attention to it and also practiced it less overall compared to tracking and switching.
    besides that i struggle to get my consistency right i usually aim train for a month or two and then drop it for a while despite actually wanting to improve.
    anyways awesome content i love the combination of deep expertise with a sprinkle of humor! cant wait for more.

    i try to activate my whole shoulder on flicks and aim in general. I even use some aimlabs tracking maps as a shoulder exorcise. This keeps my wrist nice and healthy and improves my shoulder health as well.
    sure it isn't the best for performance but, I've gotten pretty decent at it. I also find my brain becomes more activated and engaged in game when I'm activating my whole shoulder more and I'll make better focused plays in general in CS.
    again, not the best for performance but, I'm becoming an old gamer and I find this to be the best for longevity, wrist, shoulder, and even posture health.
    I run 800 DPI with .78-.82 in game sense with a fairly large mouse pad. my wrist has never felt better, my shoulder stamina has gone way up and I feel fine gaming for about 3 cs2 matches in a row at this point, and honestly I find about 3-4 games is where my mental needs a little break anyways. before this I played 800 DPI with 1.8-2.0 sensitivity, This is a fairly recent change I've made in the last couple months but, well worth it IMO if you aren't trying to go pro, my flicks keep improving along with my tracking and again, activating my whole shoulder definitely seems to keep me engaged and keeps me from being lazy mentally and physically. Maybe try it out gamers :)

    One of the funniest things to me about aim training and watching people with high level aim is that you think it's easy to do instantly and go try to do it and absolutely fail miserably. I still remember the first time I tried to do gridshot after seeing a aceu clip or something and getting like 60k after watching a almost 200k clip.

    Why are you saying that Aimbeast scenarios are mostly the only ones where this technique applies? Kovaaks has a lot of reload scenarios too, also Pasu variations, so what is the difference between those two?

    • @mattyow777
      @mattyow777  ปีที่แล้ว

      Many pasu variations in Kovaaks lack the kind of fast evasive movements that force this technique. Pasu small reload is an example of where it is applicable, yes, but in my How To Pasu video, I clearly state that more methodical and smoother reading of targets is more optimal for pushing score on that scenario. On many Aimbeast pasu variations, trying to smoothly read target movement directly slows you down, and you're left with no choice but to resort to more actively aiming.

    • @raziel8799
      @raziel8799 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mattyow777 I see, so it's mostly because the Aimbeast pasu scenarios have shorter downtime between strafes.
      Thanks
