I have had plantar fasciitis for over 6 months. I’ve been seeing an orthopedic surgeon. He has me in an orthopedic boot. My job requires that I walk 6-10 miles a day. I’ve done PT, cortisone and all the exercises, icing everything. It seems to be getting worse. Some days I have trouble standing. I look forward to doing your yoga.

Great job working on all the things! Sometimes it's taking a look further up the chain to see what's going on and what is getting to the root cause. Keep up the fabulous work!

I always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider for what is best for you. Seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist can be very helpful for your exact needs. We also have several videos on our channel for IC 💗 And we have a free bossy bladder masterclass you might enjoysquare-art-937.myflodesk.com/bladder-control
