If you just loose the "i" or "j" sound when you pronounce "Vaesen" it's pretty good. The "ae" or "æ" (Væsen) makes the sound as "ei" in "Veil." Hope this helps.
Well, I live on the west coast of the United States, and since it is coming from overseas, its not as fast as say, Amazon. But, the packaging is always top notch, and they have never got my order wrong! I will personally continue to order from them directly. They also have the best selection of products.
