    Not durable enough would snap as soon as you catch a piece of rock moving that quick , but can see where you know the soil type can be very affective

      We never had any durability issues w/ this unit, however w/ skid loaders ever-increasing HP output, our Gen 2 dozer blade was built to withstand even more torque and pushing pressure. Check it out on our website, www.skidpro.com/skid-steer-attachments/skid-steer-dozer-blade/
      Thanks!

      Shawn - We have a couple videos that cover that. Some we have on TH-cam but they are not public. We do this just to keep the most important and relevant videos easy to access and wade through. If you shoot me your email or send a request to sales@skidpro.com, we can send out that info directly to you. Thanks.

    Looks to me more of a snow blade with the shoes. Great idea but needs to be made more robust.

      We never had any durability issues w/ this unit, and one of the things customers liked was the dual utility of the moldboard tripping so it could be used (albeit carefully) as a snow blade as well w/ a trip safety installed.
      But due to ever-increasing HP output on skid loaders, and by customer demand, our Gen 2 dozer blade (been in use now for almost 7 years) was built to withstand even more torque and pushing pressure.
      Check it out on our website, www.skidpro.com/skid-steer-attachments/skid-steer-dozer-blade/
      Thanks!

    I have a bobcat T190 and would like to attach a cat 6 way blade that i aquired. The t190 doesnt have an electrical plug to control the valve on the blade as does the cat 247b that the blade is origonally for, do i just need to send power to the relay on the blade or is it some kind of data signal?

    How wide is the blade? Looking to purchase one for my Bobcat T300

    • @skidpro
      @skidpro  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It comes in 84" or 96" width. Please give a Product Guru a call (877-378-4642) or email (sales@skidpro.com) to get more info and a current price. We've made some exciting changes to the body, style and features since this video was taken.

      Dozer blade in the video is 96". This would be the size most guys would go w/ on a Bobcat T300 as when the blade is fully angled, you're looking at about a working width of 84". That said, we've had a lot of customers go narrower to give themselves a "horsepower boost" if you will, by reducing the amount of friction on the blade. 90% of the time when I'm using the dozer I don't have it angled more than 5-10 degrees left or right. In this case, you'd have more than enough width on the 84" to cover your tracks. We've made some big updates to this dozer blade. Call a Product Guru at 877-378-4642 for more info. Thanks!

    That is a snow plow lol
    doser blades don’t have springs for a trip edge and are usually all cast one piece blade or boxed in steel this is a 6 way snow plow for a skidsteer.

      Some of our customers put laser grading systems on their dozer blade, however most use for grading projects where "eyeing" it up is sufficient.
