    I find this workout video easier to follow than the other ones. It's time stamps, it bells so you know when to start, and it's just straight to the point. Talking while doing it.

    BOOM! You did it again! Solid workout kept my heart rate up and my muscles pumping! The Linear Jammers were the toughest! Thanks for the burn!

    You guys are fantastic. The only channel I have come across that emphasizes the importance of form, and quality over quantity.👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼 So essential for results, and avoid injuries. Also, love the demonstration of each workout and modifications one can do before the bell rings.👌🏼 I appreciate that as well.
    I’ve been a subscriber and follower for over a year. I lost 10lbs, gained physical strength, and feeling awesome, thanks for that👍🏼 As a parent myself and retired teacher, I loved the inclusion of your human and fur babies in the workouts. 👍🏼 So awesome to see parents’ love, kindness, and respect. 👏🏼👍🏼 Jen, from one mother to another, you inspire me, girl you rock!     This was great! Trying to get used to my new mini trampoline, was able to do most of this workout while gentle bouncing.
