I agree with a lot of what you're saying and I like dresses and skirts, but there are more bootcut and loose fitting jeans now than ever. Tighter jeans are NOT "in" .

I farm and garden so still wear trousers when I'm working doing these things and of course I can't wear a skirt when I ride my horses but I do enjoy looking like a woman when I'm out and about. I learned to sew when I first learned the truth. I really enjoy making my clothes and my grandchildren love it when I make for them. It is so lovely to be able to express my love for them has I'm thinking of them while crafting.

If your husband tells you to go against the word of God whom the word is Jesus Christ of Nazareth who is our 1st Husband and King, our God, respect his opinion but FOLLOW the leading of the Holy Spirit bc your husband can lead you to the pit bc you put him before God's standards. It's a balance, we have to respect our husbands and submit but not to the point of losing our salvation.

This is interesting I never thought of the shoulders and things like that. As far as the makeup and things like that I was a tomboy growing up so I've only used it twice in my life. I am curious about toes and nails though

Study and read the Bible closely. See if any of our foremothers wore these things. We're from royalty. We covered from head to toes. Do a study on queens, especially from back then. No, not to my knowledge, you do not have to cover your ankles or your face etc, like Muslims do. Just be sure to wear modest loose clothing; and covering your head when reading or hearing scriptures💕

I am just beginning this journey. I am 67 and work as a professional organizer. I have ordered long oversized dresses but still feel that I need to have leggings on to be modest and do my work (on a ladder often). please tell me the negative of wearing leggings. I felt it was a good solution (I have ordered cotton leggings because of the heat) but, are they still considered pants and I should go to tights altogether? Thank you for your thoughts TT
This is a wonderful journey and congratulations to making the switch in your life! You wearing oversized dresses with leggings is absolutely fine. When I referred to me wearing leggings in the video, it was during the time that I was still wearing skirts that were above the knee with leggings under them opposed to buying long skirts and committing to the process. Now, I only wear long skirts or skirts that pass my knees so I no longer wear the leggings. I hope this helps!

All praises to the Most High for leading me to this comment, because I was wondering the same thing. My students are special needs and sometimes try to pull up my long dresses or skirt and also try to play with my fringes. Wearing leggings under my dresses and skirts helps a lot. I also live in a state that's really cold.

1 Corinthians 11:5-6 You only have to cover your hair when the scriptures are being read or you’re praying. I also like to wear a headwrap while going out sometimes because I think it looks more regal 💕

I am having difficulties in letting go of my pants also, but not just that, I live in the Caribbean and I don’t know how to dress modestly in this hot place. I don’t like sleeveless, I’m more of a T-shirt and jeans kinda girl. I just don’t know how to do this modest thing and still not feel and look like a grandma because I’m young young. I do want to please Yah however, any advice?
Shalawam sis! Yes, try and go on the hunt for beautifully printed free flowing long skirts. Maybe of a cotton or polyester material. You can even go online and have it shipped. Check out TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s online. They all have great options! You can wear those with a t-shirt to stay cool and keep it modest. Some of my skirts are to the calf and others are to the ankle.
I do research in labs and generally it's hard to move around and be efficient in dresses. What about long blouses and leggings?
I would then suggest to wear your leggings under your dress or long skirt since you will be at work; as I’m not sure if a long blouse will cover enough of your bum and front. Maybe try buying skirts with a more casual material for comfort ability. I hope this helps!
I wear only dresses and skirts and work a physically demanding job. I have to climb latters and bend down for the most of my work day. It’s not that difficult. Just wear slips underneath and be mindful of how you’re bending down.

Would you say it has anything to do with the wearing of jewelry? That it possibly bringing unnecessary attention to yourself? I have struggled with this for a while. I have been taught that we shouldn’t put on jewelry. The book of revelation has been used as well to bring that point out. The women on the beast as it described what she had on jewelry etc. And then the other woman (the church) who was modest in appearance she didn’t seem to have any Jewelry on. What are your thoughts on this? Or when God told Jacob for him and his family to put away their strange Gods before coming before them and they had to bury it.(Gen 35:2-4)
Or even Ex 33:5? When the Lord told Moses to tell the children of Israel to take of their ornaments and then he will decide what to do with them. It has been a true battle for me. It has been a conviction but so many people have so many takes on it.
Shabbat Shalawam sis! I have heard a lot of doctrines as well. But we have to remember that Yah made us a royal people and we wore jewelry and fine clothes back in the day. People are so over righteous nowadays. If it’s not in the law, then we shouldn’t add to the Bible. Yah doesn’t want us to give our hearts to material things (Matt 6:21) and to be humble. Not that we can’t wear nice clothes or jewelry. Look at Solomon. Gold was all over the temple. Yah likes cleanliness and things to be nice you just can’t worship it. Like a lot of ppl do. You can’t be vain, if that makes sense

I actually do not belong to a church. All of my teachings have come from the Bible and The Most High! I am an Israelite and Jew by blood, from the tribe of Judah; a descendant of Yahawashi (Jesus) and have learned ancient Paleo Hebrew

I’m confused.. in Kemet(Africa) men and women wore the same clothes. Pants is European so how could the scripture say a man and women can’t wear the same thing if we saw each other as a reflection of each other and we wore the same thing before the invaders?
I am an Israelite and my purpose for this channel is to help other Israelite women. We are not Egyptians, and the law that The Most High gave to us was given after He brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. As Israelites, we are commanded to follow His law and He is very clear about women and men not wearing the same clothing.

Pants were originally invented for women.. men still wore tunics or what would look like a dress. But I do agree with modest dressing.
I have to wear cargo pants for my job. Only Muslim women can wear skirts due to religion. How can I prove my religion is respected and that I should wear maxi dresses
It’s ok if you have to wear a uniform for work. Then when you get off, have a change of clothes in your locker or at your desk; so you can get back into your modest clothing :)
