Maybe do a similar thing for front delts also (partials, incline bench, high cables)?

    Hi John,
I'd like to apologize to you for a comment I made on one of your previous videos.
You're clearly very passionate about what you do and very knowledgeable in your craft.
Unfortunately I became a keyboard warrior and misjudged you based on how you looked.
My comments were made publicly and even though you replied to me, it's only right my apology is also made in public.
I'm sorry for any offence caused, keep up the good work.
    Message I sent to John:
Those over pronounced deltoids, rounded traps along with the stretch marks across your chest all point towards a natural lifter, now sell me your supplements and workout plans like everyone else and make me believe I can achieve your results naturally...
As you can see I was very sarcastic and disrespectful towards John.
Nobody knows the true meaning of why we are all here, but I know spreading hate isn't it and fundamentally didn't sit right with me.
To say this experience has had a profound effect on me would be an understatement, as such any previous negative comments to anyone else have been removed with public apologies made.
Thanks again for your time and understanding John.

Almost impossible to have shoulders too large. Mine have been under size for many years because I never had a dedicated shoulder workout routine. My undersized and undefined shoulders absolutely diminished the look of all the other gains I was making elsewhere. I finally had to get serious and take my shoulders to the woodshed. Put them at the top of my list for almost two years. Man, best thing I ever did. My shoulders are now in proportion and i feel wide. My back and chest also benefitted from hitting shoulders hard. My opinion now is that large, cut shoulders are the keystone on which to build the rest of one's physique. Can never hit them hard enough. Love it!

With you on the pressing. I've done a lot of overhead pressing in my life. I was a strongman competitor and every comp had an overhead event. Log, Axle, Single arm dumbbell, yolk press, medleys etc etc but my shoulders were always shit. Literally looked like I had no growth. I dropped pressing almost altogether and put in more side laterals etc and boom, shoulder growth! I used to lift heavy all the time and had lots of injuries with pressing. I lift much lighter on my shoulders now and they look 100% better! Have you tried cuffed crucifix laterals? Very similar to the last cable exercise you did. Love those at the moment.

  • @walkerjohnclark

I love how little weight you do on those seated raises, for such a huge guy. Most people just don't seem to understand the value of low resistance, high concentration sets for hypertrophy. They think low weight, high rep work is for "conditioning," and they don't realize just how much extra muscle can be built from really concentrated isolation work. Plus I think a lot of people get an ego about it and don't want to be seen with 10 pound dumbbells in their hands. It's just great to see someone with exceptional size and strength working with very little weight.
