Thank you so much for this!! I've been trying to decide for weeks which cage would be best for my two ferrets. It's so difficult to tell when shopping online. This video has helped tremendously!! Definitely going with the Double Ferret Nation cage. ❤️
We started our two ferrets with a Feisty Ferret cage. We covered the wire floors with washable bath mats from Walmart. The waterproof bottoms of the mats help with messes when our fuzzbutts miss the litter box, and the carpet adds coziness and warm! Plus, if the mats get too nasty to wash, they’re only six bucks to replace from Walmart! But however, as much as we enjoy our Feisty Ferret (especially for the price), we plan on upgrading to a Ferret Nation once we get a third!
@@TheModernFerret The best way to deal with wire flooring is spend a few bucks at the hardware store and get some linoleum... it's easily custom cuttable waterproof and easily cleanable... having said that... no reason to get a Feisty Ferret cage when the Ferret Nation exists... but if you need to cover a wire floor, Linoleum is both cheap and VERY effective (I went through this process over the last 20 years of cage evolution before I settled on the Ferret Nation).
My ferret has chewed through these bars. Also the dangerous news of all of them are not worth the vet bills. You can get a ferret escape and I would hate to have my laddie in a bird cage as these look like. For £100 I will be building an 8 foot by 3 foot by 3 foot with wooden 2 by 2 frame, and a piece of hardboard with a lip and asphalt covered detachable roof. Very heavy and the bars are constructed by a dog playpen on Amazon uk which has a very strong thick covered wire that he will not ever chew through, it is my last attempt. Hammocks and ranps are needed as well as a small cat tree from Amazon uk And proper food tray and water tray with a dark area for sleeping. I have owned big polecat ferrets for 35 years. They are very dangerous and are extremely disruptive. I am in the UK. They can sink their teeth into you. Also, they are very vulnerable so you need them to be trained to toilet as kits ASAP. Use cat litter not paper. Linoleum they chew. Towels they chew, wood they chew, and constant cage rattling they do. Best in a shed at night and in a secure warm place. Having a ferret is hard on you and other pets. They need to enjoy running and destruction of everything. The constant cage bar scrabbling is highly annoying. Best outdoors,. Not really a good pet. Too much money these dangerous bird cages. And they do like being in a place to sleep which is as in a sturdy hutch box. Also cages like these, if other pets or children are about will cause them to be injured by say cats, and kids fingers through the bars. Or silly adults poking their fingers through. Ferrets on your video didn't seem at all able to navigate any of these so called interiors. Even the advocated expensive one.
Ferret nation, ferrplast, and a great dane kennel with modifications are the only cages I’d use commercial. I personally just have a small plastic kaytee cage that I leave open so my free roam ferrets have a hammock and some sand to play in.
Yes I will go for the ferret nation cage probably single (hopefully double if I can save) when or if I get ferrets. I need to convince my mother to let me get a ferret first and I really want one like I do so much research and stuff
I would like to thank both The Modern Ferret and Emzotic for making it so easy to do the research I needed to feel confident in my decision to get a ferret today. He already seems so comfortable in his new home and don't know if he would have if I hadn't known how to go about it. Thank you!
We got 5 ferrets last year. They've been free range 24/7 but the sleep deprivation is becoming real. The plan is to turn a double cage into a blanket and treat filled ferret nap paradise.
I made my choice thank you. Yes its worth spending the money. And anything easy to clean is helpful too. Thank you again and I'm glad I found your page.
Another plus of the Ferret Nation cage is the resale value. If you clean it often and take really good care of it, you can easily sell it after you’re done with it for at least $150 so you recoup a lot of your money.
Here is some additional info when it comes to prepping your home (and not just the cage) for the eventually arrival of a ferret living in it. Ferrets, being creatures with stubby legs and thus naturally have their noses so close to the ground (due to the evolution of mustelids being carnivorous hunters with sleek bodies designed to enter the narrow burrows of mice, rabbits, and other rodents), are susceptible to being triggered by pollen, micronized dead skin cells from humans/insects (i.e. dust), floor cleaners, microplastic particles, and bacteria that litter the floors of your home. Be wary that the owner's choice of deodorant, perfume, or shampoo (especially since many ferret owners are demographically female who are likely to use much more generous amounts of hair product compared to men), can drastically also affect a ferret's respiratory system. These risks, however, can be mitigated with proper household ventilation, HEPA air purifiers, dusting, and vacuuming. Their bedding is also an overlooked critical item, since ferrets sleep on it 16-20 hours a day, they spend 3/4ths of their entire lifespan coming into contact with the material their bedding is made out of. Ferrets are known to chew or eat their bedding when curious, bored, or nauseous, thus causing further nausea if the bedding contains synthetic fleece, plastics, hay, loose sawdust particulates, aspen or cedar wood shavings, or material laden with fragrances/perfumes. A ferret's blanketed sleeping area should be comprised of natural fibers such as organic cotton, alpaca fleece fur, natural silk, or wool (though their claws are susceptible to getting stuck in unkempt fibers or knitt-holes), with the rest of their cage lined with odor-free, non-toxic wood pellets or recycled paper product bedding. For a personal touch, ferrets who are close to their owners are sometimes able to sleep more peacefully when sleeping alongside an article of clothing laden with their owner's scent. Just be sure that the clothing is also non-perfumed/made of natural non-synthetic fibers as well. Many types of essential oils, such as eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, oregano, clove, pennyroyal, peppermint, pine, sweet birch, wintergreen, and ylang ylang that are found in human skin/hair care products are actually quite toxic to ferrets (and cats), since they cannot metabolize or respiratorily filter out essential oil phenols the way that humans can. In fact, most plant-based oils should be avoided since ferrets are _obligate_ carnivores, a.k.a. hypercarnivores who can only survive on the consumption of fats and proteins. Ferrets derive no nutrition or benefit from carbohydrate plants or vegetables, though they do inevitably end up with some (
I have been thinking about getting a ferret after my cat passes away, or when I get older and get my own house or apartment, and this has helped me know what I would need. This has helped so much thank you!
Dear modern ferret, I wanted to write you and let you know how your channel has helped other ferret owners. I had three beautiful ferrets. I was guilty of originally keeping them in one story guinea pig cage. I watched this video and was persuaded into investing in the largest ferret nation, two story cage for my babies. I was lucky into finding one on Craigslist that was used and got a great deal on it. I also watched more videos and became aware of the outdoor time and love my babies needed. They are my biggest hobby and love in my life. I love caring for them and trying to give them the best life I can. I’m even wanting to add an extra attachment to the second story (giving them a total of six stories) for my birthday. They have taken over my house and my life. They spend most of their time running around my home, stashing their toys and making me laugh. I recently went onto Craigslist and saw a ferret shoved into a small wire birdcage no bigger than a steering wheel. He had no blankets or anything in the cage. I contacted the owner and tried to get them to surrender him. They refused for anything but 150$. I caved and bought him to get him out of the home. When I brought him home and further investigated his body I realized his feet were covered in scabs, poop, blisters…he is skin and bones, and his legs drag. I realized he probably never got out of that small birdcage. I cried. I am sitting outside the vet currently. I will do everything I can do from here on to educate myself and others on proper care and love for these amazing creatures. Thank you for telling others about their housing/and out of cage requirements and needs. I hope this and your other videos meet more people. Please ferret owners, give your ferret friends space. Give them outdoor time. Love on your babies.

SOOO helpful! Thank you for making this thorough review of all these cages. I just bought a ferret nation and even though it’s pretty expensive, it sounds like it’s worth every penny.
If you want to have a cheaper option that is infinitely customizable, just build your own, that’s what I’m doing for my little buddy’s. I’m making it 5 by 5 feet, and having plexiglass walls so they can’t clime, I’m also making it with a door so I can enter and clean easily.
i don't care if the ferret nation cage is going to take a lot of money, if i'm talking about my future ferret(s) they have to get the best stuff i can offer them. also, i'm totally in love with your videos, you earned a sub! :D
I originally bought the Critter Nation for my ferrets since I also had a rat at the time. It was never that easy to remove the top and the shelves were constantly falling under or on the ferrets. I kept it for about four years, but recently trashed it due to the base becoming wobbly. I did like how accessible everything was though and it I every end up in a situation where I can do the infinite cage thing I want to.
@@TheModernFerret It was fit together. Watching your video, mine might've just been a bit faulty, since I had to take a rubber mallet to tap the pieces together.
Critter Nation and Ferret Nation cages are incredible. I have rats, and my Critter Nation is the best purchase I've ever made. I have to clean at least once a week, not to mention constantly adding new toys, food, and water. The amount of space has been great for my girls, and the easy access has been great for me. I am amazed by how sturdy it is. My 50lbs puppy has jumped on my critter Nation and it hardly budged. I definitely recommend it.
I love my Feisty Ferret cage. It's a good size & it was only $130 when I got it. I have mine covered in fleece blankets & beds so they aren't on the bars. One of my ferrets unlocked it a few times, but it hasn't happened since last spring a little after I first got her lol.
i have the feisty ferret cage and it’s honestly great. i bought 2 sets of ferret liners for the cage to cover up the wires and the ferrets can’t get under them or tear them off, it’s also very easy to take on and off to clean. i’m thinking of getting the ferret nation since it’s a little bigger, though...
Being Scottish when I was younger I had many many pole cats as pets loved them and they loved me the best pets ever and it broke my heart when they past💔👌
I had a Kaytee cage at first and it kept popping out of place and my ferret got her toe stuck in the edges once. We have a ferret nation now and are so happy.
my girl passed away a decade ago but her cage wasnt any of these models.. it was likely made by kaydee thought, theres so many similarities, but much much bigger. the biggest issues was the doors, horizontal bars, and how the floors clicked onto the bars. the attachments started to break over time of taking them out to clean, doors were small, and the bars nor only allowed her to climb but she would bit and pull on the bars till they snapped through her teeth. i was always so scared she would break a tooth and nothing deterred her. If i ever get ferrets again im definitely going with this more modern cage option. i love that is it modular too, you could easily connect cage sections with tubes too, giving them access to other spaces in a safe way like a window/outside space, living room, sleep area, ect. so even if you arent home to play and let them out they have some options similar to my cats..
I have the Feisty ferret cage. The first floor is a plastic plate and the second one is covered with blankets so they dont feel the wires. It is true the Ferret Nation cage looks awesome but it wouldnt fit in my appartment as does the Feisty ferret cage that is without speaking of budget. My little Loki and Thora seem happy wiith it and have anyway lots of times to play outside of it. I dont find it so difficult to clean either. My ferrets only poop in the lower level. We had to work on that at first but now they never poop or pee on the elevated floors. They only sleep and play there. I continue to think it was a very good choice but would definitly discourage anyone buying something as the Kathy cage for all the reasons shown in this video.
I agree Feisty Ferret is a pretty decent cage! The shelves are a bit narrower than I'd like but I actually prefer the size as it doesn't take up as much space. The perfect cage would be the features of the Ferret Nation but the size of a Feisty. A girl can dream, can't she?
Please make a video on ferret nutrition- what we should look for specifically in dry kibble, how to ween them into raw, if you recommend raw, best treats and how to know if your ferret is getting enough vitamins! (E.g. taurine) also to know how much to feed the ferret, and healthy snacks!
Just picked up the double nation yesterday for cheap, an update from the smallest one, but I had 2 wired portions of the katee stacked one on the other so it had twice the space (I was sure to arrange the shelves to make it impossible to full the full 8 ft) I’m happy to see my instincts were correct in getting the ferret nation for $100. I also built a wood liner for the bottom of the double nation cage and cut a hole to allow access, creating a burrowing area on the lowest ‘storage’ shelf.
I have s Savic Suite Royale XL (115.5X67.5X146cm). And I find this a great cage. What is also useful to have in a cage is some sort of panel to divide both levels (or the possibility to place one without a nosey and smart ferret being able to move the panel or squinsh between a gap). I have two ferrets and one needed more medical attention than the other at the time. It was handy to separate them for a while. Love watching your videos! And how cute was the ending, my heart melted! ❤️
I got the dou le ferret nation cage...twice. I put them side by side but the funny part is that I always leave the bottom doors off so they can go in and out when ever they want. I DO WANT TO SAY that I have a potty box in the cage that the EXACT size for the bottom cage. It takes up exactly the space needed that they can't flip it or move it.
@@fireym0on51 Truth be told I have no idea of what’s best, but I would recommend seeing if you and your ferret like it first before you buy a second story.
I love my ferret nation cage! It’s actually very big in person and so easy to clean. I have two double story ferret nation cages that I put together for my two ferrets and they have so much space to run around and play in.
i owned a Feisty Ferret cage for my rats. the bottom rusted very easily with urine and became unstable after a few years (but i should also note i live in Ohio where everything rusts). all the wire is difficult to clean. i did try to take out the wire bottom and just leave the plastic tray, but the rats quickly chewed up the ends and were able to escape. there was an online store that cut pieces of plastic to fit the floors of the cage, and it made cleaning MUCH easier, however i think the store may have gone offline around 2020 because i can't find it anymore. i've also done the method where you cover the floor in cardboard, i cannot recommend it because it became quickly soaked with urine and needed replaced every other day.
The double ferret nation cage is awesome! My only complaint is the latches. We've had ours for about 3 years now and they don't align properly anymore so you have to kinda shimmy it closed now. That's likely just from taking it apart and putting it back together for cleaning. We've also had to move with it so it's very possible something got busted during the process. One of our trays is also cracked in the corner but those can be replaced, and they're still really nice. I will also say, we have a problem cleaning down between the joints and it gets kind of caked with nasty (food residue, . However, we power wash ours quarterly and that takes care of it pretty well. Overall, I think it's a solid investment and definitely works better for us than the Feisty Ferret cage we had before this one. We're thinking about getting a second if we get a 4th ferret!
Hello I am a ferret owner and enjoy your videos, there are very informative. I had two, a lady and a younger male. She’s unfortunately passed away recently and although Freddie has adjusted I’m trying to keep him stimulated with different toys when he is loose. I would like to hear your idea’s on different play toys for ferrets. Please and thank you. Be well. Cisco .
I used the kaytee cage as my first cage for my first pet rats. It was a handmedown. It was so horrible to use. I of course had to add chickenwire to make the bar spacing smaller. But it was bad excluding that. I now have a triple critter nation. It's awesome. 10/10
in my country, the double ferret nation cage is now 475$ :( Thats what i got right now but i was curious about the price. I found the ferret nation linked cage for 312$+175$ shipping, also. Thanks for the video its good info!
Holy in 1 year the ferret cage prices skyrocketed! Now that double Ferret nation cage is about 400 dollars. Which I need for my little guy cause the cage I got isn't the bests. It's kinda small and wires aren't that strong, plus all the levels are made from wires(except the base).
actual fix you can get steel pans for nation cages and get them powder coated black, way easier to clean and looks way nicer than plastic, i had a feisty ferret collapse its made so bad, ferret nations are not actually made to be added on with wide only 3 high
I’m not able to get the Ferret Nation cage? Should I just get the fiesty ferret instead, I don’t mind the one open door, I was just wondering if it’s safe 🤔
I got the fiesty ferret cage as a new owner and I REALLY wish I would have gotten the ferret nation cage. The dual opening doors would have really helped me
Are you able to add the extension cage to the single tier Ferret Nation cage? That's cheaper than buying the two-story cage, so if it works, it's a great way to save.
Critter nations are also good. They are just a little smaller than the ferret nation, cost about the same, and are more cusomizeable. All four foors open, as well.
I'm planing to get ferrets and we have a cage that we got for free because the old owners house went through a flood, it had two floors and is fairly large, but it isn't the best quality as it has the same plastic levels as a Katies cage

I had a ferret nation for my three boys. They loved it. I never got to do a double-wide like some people do, before they all passed away.
Ferret nation, ferrplast, and a great dane kennel with modifications are the only cages I’d use commercial.
I personally just have a small plastic kaytee cage that I leave open so my free roam ferrets have a hammock and some sand to play in.
Channing & Haley your videos are getting so good! How this isn't a 100k sub channel blows my mind.
10/10 Would recommend the Ferret Nation cage. Our 4 ferrets love it and it works so well!! Made out of very sturdy material too!
So true! Totally agree.
Thank you for this because I have been deciding since I got my ferrets. Love all your videos too. Thank you. You are very helpful
You are so welcome!
This has helped so much thank you!
do you think it would be a good idea to have a double nation cage just for ONE ferret? wich one do you recommend?
So I’ve never had a ferret but I feel like it would be ok for the ferret
How is he doing now? (:
THANK GOD FOR THIS VIDEO!!! I have the Kaytee cage for bean and I just hate it! Cleaning it is a pain and I’m the wires are awful. I have the ferret nation cage in my Amazon cart! Hopefully getting it for bean for the holidays! I worry a ton about his safety and all the hammocks trying to catch his falls is just too much. I am gonna bite the bullet and get it! This video made my mind for me! Thank you Hayley!!!
This is a very informative video! Simon has a single ferret nation cage in my living room and a double ferret nation in my bedroom! They are awesome.
Thanks so much for watching, Courtnie! Simon is one lucky ferret! It's so exciting to watch him grow and learn through your videos :)
Looking for a new cage for my chinchilla and I couldn’t decide between the feisty or the double, but this video helped sooooooo much! Thank you very much. Reminds me I need to be a better parent.
I have the double Dekker ferret nation cage and a ferret named bandit and you’ve helped me with so many things over the past year thx ☺️
Questions:
1:Can you buy the ferret nation one with only one cage then buy the other later or do you have to buy another cage entirely.
2:Are there any add-ons that can go with the ferret nation one? Like hammocks and other play toys.
3:What type of bedding is best for the cage?
Sorry if she has answered any of these questions in other videos I haven't watched all of them
Also for #2 I meant what are the best add-ons and such
Thanks for all the work u put in your videos! I'm glad that I've found your channel so I can learn more about ferrets right before I go and get me those fur noodles!
Lots of love, one of your fans ❤️
Thank you so much for the kind words! It's comments like these that make me keep doing what I do ♥
@@TheModernFerret that's great to hear! I guess u already helped so much people yet. But it's so interesting.
Beside this, I hope I can buy the Ferret Nation Cage also in Germany. 😅😂
Can you please do an In-depth series/ Gide.
I have a three year old Ferret named Caspian and A six month old Guinea pig named reapacheap, I have learned so much over the past year about ferrets and nutrition. Your videos help clarify valid information to non-valid information, somehow Ferrets has become more popular over the years but just because they’re popular doesn’t mean that a lot of people know how to take care of them correctly.
Can you do a video on where to find those tubes on the wall and how to set them up?
@themodernferret
I have two of the feisty ferret cages that we made into one and it’s huge
How did you do that???:00
i don't care if the ferret nation cage is going to take a lot of money, if i'm talking about my future ferret(s) they have to get the best stuff i can offer them. also, i'm totally in love with your videos, you earned a sub!
Wow! Did your version have bolts or was it just press-fit together? The newer ones have the press-fit which makes disassembly much easier.
@@TheModernFerret It was fit together. Watching your video, mine might've just been a bit faulty, since I had to take a rubber mallet to tap the pieces together.
I'd love to see how you set up your ferret nation cage with accessories and such!
Just upgraded from the Fiesty to the Ferret Nation. Saw this video tonight as we were building our new cage.. it's like my phone knew. 🤔🤣
Im trying to convince my parents to get us a ferret for christmas, and you videos are helpful thanks!
Samee
I was able to convince my mom, so im getting one for Christmas

One of my ferrets unlocked it a few times, but it hasn't happened since last spring a little after I first got her lol.
im just waiting to grow older and get my own space for my ferrets to roam, ill save enough money for the fn cage lol
i have the feisty ferret cage and it’s honestly great. i bought 2 sets of ferret liners for the cage to cover up the wires and the ferrets can’t get under them or tear them off, it’s also very easy to take on and off to clean. i’m thinking of getting the ferret nation since it’s a little bigger, though...
I would like to buy the ferret nation double cage but I’m on a budget is there any website or something that sells then cheap???
thank you for all the help we got ferrets back in november. your videos helped so much!
Being Scottish when I was younger I had many many pole cats as pets loved them and they loved me the best pets ever and it broke my heart when they past💔👌
I have the medium cage for my rats and it works perfectly ❤️
Rats are the BEST pets 🥰
Jak uważasz czy Double Ferret Nation klatka, tylko że jedno poziomowa jest dobra dla jednej fretki? Jest to dziewczynka fretka micro 😊 waży 370 gram
This account is super helpful as a new ferret owner, thank you!!
I had a Kaytee cage at first and it kept popping out of place and my ferret got her toe stuck in the edges once. We have a ferret nation now and are so happy.
Thank you for making this video I am getting a ferret soon and I didn’t know which ferret cage to choose and you help me thank you very much😊👍😁
my girl passed away a decade ago but her cage wasnt any of these models.. it was likely made by kaydee thought, theres so many similarities, but much much bigger. the biggest issues was the doors, horizontal bars, and how the floors clicked onto the bars. the attachments started to break over time of taking them out to clean, doors were small, and the bars nor only allowed her to climb but she would bit and pull on the bars till they snapped through her teeth. i was always so scared she would break a tooth and nothing deterred her.
Savic Royale is a great cage! We don't have them available in the U.S. but I hear it is the a great cage internationally!
Your videos are so informational and well made, you deserve more subs and followers
Thanks for the video. I was really considering in getting the fiesty ferret cage till I seen only one side opens.
Woo! I’m getting a ferret soon and I am SOO grateful you made this!
I know I’m late but I have the double ferret nation, I’m about to get a ferret and this video made me feel better, I’m so nervous
I actually have the ferret nation cage for my baby, and she absolutely loves it. We're getting her the second story for her birthday.
so im getting a ferret, and just for starting do u think it would be ok if i just got the first level one for 1 ferret?
@@fireym0on51 Truth be told I have no idea of what’s best, but I would recommend seeing if you and your ferret like it first before you buy a second story.
I love my ferret nation cage! It’s actually very big in person and so easy to clean. I have two double story ferret nation cages that I put together for my two ferrets and they have so much space to run around and play in.
Just got a ferret a few weeks ago and your channel has been extremely helpful! Thank you ❤️ and my ferret Remi thanks you kindly haha
You are so welcome!
i owned a Feisty Ferret cage for my rats. the bottom rusted very easily with urine and became unstable after a few years (but i should also note i live in Ohio where everything rusts). all the wire is difficult to clean. i did try to take out the wire bottom and just leave the plastic tray, but the rats quickly chewed up the ends and were able to escape. there was an online store that cut pieces of plastic to fit the floors of the cage, and it made cleaning MUCH easier, however i think the store may have gone offline around 2020 because i can't find it anymore.
i've also done the method where you cover the floor in cardboard, i cannot recommend it because it became quickly soaked with urine and needed replaced every other day.
Thank you so much for this video and all the other ones, I am looking into getting a ferret and this helped so much.
You convinced me to cancel my order of another ferrit cage and order the ferrit nation cage which is now $310+ shipping on Amazon but we'll worth it.
Hey whats the water thingy, and food bowl plate stuff you used in 9:50 ?
Does she post every Thursday? Also Happy Thanksgiving 🍁
Question alert!!
What if you make a separate room in your house without a cage?
(They have a mini home on the floor that is not a cage)
Holy in 1 year the ferret cage prices skyrocketed! Now that double Ferret nation cage is about 400 dollars. Which I need for my little guy cause the cage I got isn't the bests. It's kinda small and wires aren't that strong, plus all the levels are made from wires(except the base).
This girl deserves way more subscribers
Thank you so much for this video, I just bought the best one. Also what do you use to clean the cage?
actual fix you can get steel pans for nation cages and get them powder coated black, way easier to clean and looks way nicer than plastic, i had a feisty ferret collapse its made so bad, ferret nations are not actually made to be added on with wide only 3 high
That's cheaper than buying the two-story cage, so if it works, it's a great way to save.
you are able to add an extension to the single-tier! i did not know about that, wow, thank you for pointing it out. that should save me like $50
I don’t even need to watch to know the double ferret nation is the best cage. Easily customizable, easy to clean, huge and my ferrets love it.
I NEEDED this video!!! Thank you!!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching and feel free to let us know what video you'd like us to do next.
I’ve been asking for a ferret for a bit now from my mom since were newbies I wanna find good stuff to maybe convince her to get me a ferret and show I can be responsible for the ferret and give it love, So this video helped with some of those recommendations for cages
I got the feisty ferret cage and it’s not the worst it’s just my biggest complaint is getting the other levels on the bars and the bars, my mom wouldn’t get me the ferret nation it was too expensive
We have the double ferret nation cage it’s amazing my ferrets love it!
Where do I get the tunnels that u got on ur wall. Thanks for all the help with this vid it’s taught me alot
Alot of ferret owners say if they're doing something bad u can't say no no that it won't work but it does with our little guy
I love the ferret nation cage I just wish you could buy replacement parts. I bought mine through the ferret rescue in my area when I got my ferret and it was missing an entire shelf and ramp. I tried to just buy new pieces online but no such luck. Even tho they don't currently sell replacements I would still buy ferret nation if I were hiying a new cage because it is just that much better in my opinion
Lol ferret nation should've sponsored you bc now they are going to get more customers!🤣 I was on the fence about changing the cage for when we get a new noodle..ok we will get it..we have the Kaytee cage
- yes very hard to clean
- had to spend more $ on hammocks to stop noodle from falling it was not fun seeing him pin ball fall and hit each ledge on the way down😓😱 ( he was ok but omg) that right there was enough..
Thanks as always for the information ❤
