That is so cool how the original piece of foliage just stayed put while the others just pushed out like crazy! I loved your music choice my friend. Well done! People can always go back and watch a playlist, but I love your patients to show a year in the life in one video. Can't wait to see more videos!

Right? I was mesmerized. And actually a little heart broken when it finally shriveled up in November.
The music is all Collin McGovern, and I’m honored he lets me use it. But thank you just the same.
I appreciate the kind words on my video style! Especially coming from the legend himself!

It's amazing to me that the succulents can root from a leaf. You seem to have a lot of succulents Billy 👍

      Pretty crazy, isn’t it?
I have a handful of PAs and this jade.

Maybe saliva is a natural rooting hormone, I'll start licking all my cuttings, Mmmmm!!! Awesome growth, nice to see what can be done with one leaf!

Haha…Just be careful when licking a ficus 😉
And I’m just glad she wasn’t using those teeth yet.
Thank you for the kind words, Good Sir. I’m honored for the watch, like and comment.

      I appreciate it, Dave.
And yes, I miss his videos but very happy his music career has his attention. Super cool for him.

Hang tight, stuff if ACTUALLY coming! Lining up for a spring return.
Also if you listen closely, you can hear me laugh every time I fuck up!

@@BostonBonsaiIdiot a guy listens to the music a LOT during editing. On about the 30th time through, I did pick up on some background laughs. Haha. I think I may have caught a “damnit” in there too. Regardless, it adds to the authenticity.

I love the idea that your daughter single handedly spawned this thing. What a story. I've had success with leaf rooting, but tend to have a little more success with cuttings from succulents. I will say though that the quality from the leaf cuttings, when they work, seem to be better for some reason.
    Cheers bro, keep it up.

      Thank you Collin
I don’t play a lot with succulents, and never intended to have a jade. But the way this looked like ET’s fingers growing out of the ground was just to wicked!! “Ouch, Elliott” (I’m showing my age, I know)
I agree with the PAs, cutting are the way to go

That really has put on some nice growth in a relatively short period of time. I’d have your little cub dribble on some of your slower growing trees. Apparently there’s some good juju in there.😂 Thanks, keep growing

wow I didn't know that they grew that fast! maybe its your good care. also: i'm confused. It looks like your new growth is Ogre Ears and the mature growth is gollum. is this typical? i have an ogre ear that is purely ogre ear. if it levels back out to gollum, i druther not advertise a different sort of crassula.

    • @baldyeti
      @baldyeti  ปีที่แล้ว +2

You’ve got me stumped, brother. I only identified it as Gollum from pictures as I did not get a good look at the mother plant while my 6 month old was committing larceny (Hehe). It could be any subspecies, for all I know.
