Virtual Panel Discussion Title: Tibetan Democracy-dedicated to His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

The Office of Tibet London in collaboration with the Tibetan Community in Britain hosted a webinar titled ‘Tibetan Democracy’ dedicated to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on Wednesday, 2 September 2020 coinciding with 60th anniversary of Tibetan Democracy Day.
The Office of Tibet in London is the official agency of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Central Tibetan Administration based in Dharamsala, India. It was established in 1981 and represents Tibetan affairs in UK, Ireland, Northern Europe, Poland and the Baltic states. The main activities of the office include creating awareness of the plight of Tibet and to seek support from governments, parliamentarians, Tibet Support Groups, non-governmental organisations and human rights groups by maintaining direct contacts with them and informed on recent developments in Tibet. It serves as a source of information on matters relating to Tibet. The office is also responsible for the visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in the countries mention above.
