i dont rlly think theres anyhting wrong with keeping steven as a support character especially considering the fact that this is classic steven who literally only uses a shield and bubble maybe it wouldve been cooler if they did future steven instead of classic steven but maybe wb though that isnt as iconic as classic steven?

Agree completely. That's what the intermission about the small changes os about, cause to me he never really fit the support class enough, none of them did. The devs agreed apparently and just did away with it completely. They ended up making them closer to the mages/tanks that they were, which was my other solution if they did the smaller changes. Steven is a lot better now, and you're right, they should have maybe went with future for him, but we could always just get him as a semi clone later on
