Well, i used to play this game at 15 fps with 2GB of ram and an old 256MB DDR4 graphics card at 480p a few years ago

I'd say play at 720p low(or optimize and play with settings a little) at 25-30fps locked for best visuals on this card, or 576p low or optimized settings for 30fps lock.

If your ever testing gta 5, you should go underwater it really had a toll on my frames when I used a submarine
It depends actually, I remember setting like very high particles, water quality etc. and it did tank the FPS, high shouldn't be too bad tho

i wasnt expecting 1 fps in gta v with 4k and ultra
it reminds me when i tried to run darksouls 3 in my laptop. i had to use 800x600 just to get 15-20 fps.
To be honest, I played GTA v in gt 710 with 40 fps normal settings and it's great. Idk what this man did

I get about 30 or 31 FPS in gta v with the ddr5 version of this GPU with 320 overclock on core and 300 overclock on memory at (1080p low) settings + external fan for GPU and it's temperature was 64 - 66 Celsius
I play gtav with my overclocked gt 710 (the ddr3 version 😢) just fine with normal settings except the textures are very high and kinda low res and it gets over 60 fps

if you overclock both core clock and memory clock of gt710 to 350mhz you can get 25+ fps at 1080p,it's quiet playable and looks nice.

I think you should remplace your 2gb DDR3 gt 710 with the DDR 5 one. On Amazon (Canada) it doesn’t cost that much compared to yours.
Could you make video compering ram, i talking about comparing something crazy like 5000mhz single channel with 2400mhz in dualchannel, will dual channel be still faster?

I suggest you (If you can) to try this tests with a processor from the same category. like a Amd 200GE or a I3 3TH generation or something like that. I think will be more interesting
