Thanks for the tips. Although these exercises are for divers I was only interested in them for improving breathing and cardiovascular health. I think a lot of the training free divers do could have a massive impact on general health I.e. lowering heart rate, blood pressure etc. Do you have any thoughts on the applications of these exercises for general health?
Hi I have been watching your videos for the last three days and there’s so many I cannot figure out where to start!!! Right now I need a video that shows me what I should be practicing First when I wake up in the morning? I just watched another video on the three-part breathing I think maybe I should start there ? And then I will try to do this one here two times a week ? What else? :) That’s the thing, as much as im thankful to you I really don’t know what I should be practicing most before i go to the pool? Thanks for making these videos 🙌
What do you think about using a belt/rope and getting it tight around your chest and breathing or putting a weight on your abs and do "weighted breathing"? I like going to extremes and if it is a muscle, why not max out and try very hard?
If your goal is freediving, than I just dont see any benefit in weighted breathing....about rope around chest, some freedivers do it. But I prefer to use my arms for it, I actually did recently a video about it
Hey! 3 questions... Should this also be done before diving? Can 1 of these stretches be enough? So these help in increasing volume for those who can't inhale deeply 100%?
Hi! Thx for your questions! Some freedivers do stretching right before a dive, some dont. If you decide to do it before diving, make sure you are doing it in a relax way, no intense here. More like loosing your muscles 2. I prefer to do a didicated stretching session, so 1 is never enough in this case😉 3. Theoretically yes and this what a lot of freedivers say. But I never saw proper study on this topic.
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING oh ok thanks! I just started liking doing 3 stretches for first time in my whole 3 years of freediving. I kinda have a little problem and this stretching makes me inhale 100% almost completely! Subscribed and do and learn whatever for freediving:) I'm trying to acheive a 4-5 minute freedive and am 17 right now. My best apnea walk time was 3 minutes after a year of training in apnea walking.
very beautiful. i just reach my 5 min breath holding gonna make a video underwater of that so people believe it and for me its a great feeling . free diving its the best sport for the body and mind
Sorry, but no. Combining freediving and scuba diving (or even considering using it) is a direct way to have a deadly serious injury, like lung over extension or DCS. If you do freediving, you don't need a pony tank. You just need to follow safety rules :)

Which muscle brings your stomach up? It can't be the diaphragm as it only goes down? Is it the transverse Abdominus?
You are correct, it's abdominal muscles, not the contraction of the diaphragm

Not really, but I think sitting is more convenient :)
Thanks bro

Stretching can be done almost everyday :)
Best
Thank you🙄
Sir, which one used on for breathe in Freediving, is it diaphragm or stomach?
We couldn't use stomach for breathing :) it's a diaphragm
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING my coach said we use stomach for breathing in Freediving, so it’s definitely wrong, isn’t it?
Hello from Cyprus. Can diaphragmatic exercises increase your. Ability to hold your breath longer in free diving?
Deffinatly can!
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING When should we use it, create a false respiratory feeling when starting when we feel can't hold breath anymore?
Excelent
Thank you for your comment!😊
how does this help with free- diving ?
Hi! Flexible diaphragm can improve your relaxation for a deep and pool Freediving sessions
I believe it also helps deal with contractions
thankyou Sergei, i am a beginner and just start to increase my breath hold
what's the first train i should to do...?
Hi! I would reccomend to start with "no contraction" table
