Funny story….everybody says Josh Brown can’t play hockey…..but once upon a time he was the captain of the Oshawa Generals that defeated McDavid to win the OHL championship……then he went on to defeat Draisaitl to win the Mamorial Cup!

Just LTIR our way from deadline to playoffs. Kane, Nurse, draisatl all seem that they come into the playoffs banged up and could use the recovery time

Playoffs nurse ceci top 4 outscored 5-12. Most playoffs that result that would cave u. Nurse Ceci disaster last 2 playoffs .

@@kennethcaos7171 It's Stetcher not Skecher. I think Ceci's $3.25m is good value for a veteran defenceman. He needs to be paired with a player other than Nurse. For some reason they do not work well together. I agree the playoffs weren't great but his overall body of work is decent. Brown was a frequent scratch with the Coyotes. I think he's here as an enforcer role. Stetcher is coming off surgery and we haven't seen enough yet.

If they can trade him to a team where he can be a 2nd pairing D-man, he may find his game again. Nurse's contract is too expensive and too long to trade away, so he's stuck here for at least another 3-4 years (may be trade-able closer to 2030 with 50% retention).

I’m ok with Ceci. Sure I wish he was $2m a year, but I think work on coaching and systems and he’s a fine D man.
If we get rid of him I worry if we get a couple injuries on the D that we will be asking too much of the group that remains.
